Sweet! Good work dan looks great! It appears the seals are the same as a clear flux - cap seal and then a ring on top of that? Or is the cap seal just that thick? And I like filling with a syringe too since that's what i use for everything else.
And i havent tried one like that yet but I dont think I would like the flat rubber tip. I have grown to like the ones on the maximizers too though... And I do like the maximizer setup where you don't have to use a needle if you don't want to with the bigger fill hole.

no it's cap and seal, but with a needle hole through the seal too, so you don't have to pop out that huge doughnut of a ring to fill so it's like the maximizer except it has the extra seal. left it on its side all night and no leaks, even needle hole down. plus no solder, all spot-welded wiring.
Oh, those look SO good! I can not wait until they sell those, there goes my lunch money again. LOL

I gave it a Nail Bling job (to camo glue) &
came across a cap that was the perfect size to cut down
into a ring that covers the threads of the battery ....&

It took me awhile to figure out that the 2nd insert has to be all the way down on the 1st one, so there is a small gap for air/vapor to move into the mouth piece. Otherwise this thing was fill/screw on batt & vape !
I should also mention that the mouth piece is like the ego-t tanks (just bigger) & open ended.
I spent more time on the damn post ,than the blinging !
And yeah it is a GREAT VAPE !! & pretty too!

jumped off the shelf & hit the side of the sink,
then the floor & instant honeysuckle puddle !
On a brighter note ... the guts fit in a 5ml BD syringe perfectly .....
crossing fingers..... NO LEAKS YET ....
& if it does HA! I have GOTVAPES ECO-glue.

It was SO pretty . . . *snif*I like the way you think; ready and willing to use the Eco-glue. ;-)
