Well how do I know which models are "Young June" models? Like I am looking at Chrome Vari-Tube Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarette - Full Size

I know its a LT.. but not sure which version of the LT

Hey there, me again...
I pulled the trigger on this LT Uniq - Lava V3.0 Variable Voltage Device - Silver
I'm 99% sure it's the Young June, the price is good and it will be here any day now. Next step will be the ZMax, I hope the LT keeps things interesting 'til Version 2 is out... so thats my APV plan for now:p
Hope it helps :vapor:

Uggh, I really came off like a Provari fanbois there. Sorry I about that. I really am. I am just a believer in buying the best quality you can when it is something you will be using for a long time and using frequently because cheaper options usually wind up costing just as much or more over the long haul. There that was a lot shorter and simpler LoL.

A big part of the investment for me was also, if my device quits on me, and I'm just going to run to the store and buy a pack of smokes until the new unit shows up in the mail? I live in podunk, it's like living on the set of O' Brother Where Art Thou, we're two weeks from everywhere it seems. :D

Exactly! that's the word I was searching for and never came up with in that rambling diatribe. Investment. IMO, an L-Tube or Vmax is simply a consumable purchase, a Provari is an investment with short and long term returns. Both have their place depending on your needs and budget.

Ive been looking at getting a mod for a few weeks now.. I have read countless reviews and tons and tons of other posts. All of the mods I am looking at (Vmax, LavaTube, Vtube, Lambo, Vario, and this mod called VariTube) are all in the same general price range for the kit ($70ish-$110ish)... Now I know people say a lot of it is preference, but Im sure there are many of you who know for a fact that some of these are better than others. They all just seem the same to me, but considering I justttt had a child, I really cant afford to make a bad decision here.

Please help me with some input so I can move forward on my vape journey!

Thanks to all who reply in advance.

Since your looking for kits, I will assume you have no AVP batteries or charger.

I spend my first year of vaping on the same quest you are on now. I spent hundreds of dollars and a lot of pain and suffering (I admit, some tears sprinkled in there) so I drew up a list of "must" requirements based on all the PVs I had previously purchased. Here's what I decided on:

1. Quality (build and function) - I had a lot of mods break, they were inconsistent. I wanted something that worked, and worked every time
2. Battery Life - Got tired of batteries dying after a few hours or were inconsistent. I needed a near all day battery.
3. Variable Volt - I wanted a PV that showed me and allowed me to change the voltage, and it was accurate. This is not required for a great vape, but it helps me tune in a great Vape using different juices and cartos.
4. Ohm Meter - This goes hand in hand with the VV.
5. Warranty - I wanted to know I was safe from a break down for a reasonable time.

I came up with, after a ton of research which included many YouTube videos, forum posts, etc... I chose the Provari. The Provari covers all of my requirements and more.

The way I saw it, I had already spent (wasted) over the previous months the cost of a Provari. Make no mistake, the Provari is not cheap, but that's a good thing. So I put a little aside each month (patience is not my friend, but I was convinced this was the right move) and six months later I ordered it.

There are a TON of reviews, I have seen them all, I have yet to see a negative one, a factor I considered.

It's been a year now, and I am a "super duper chain vapor", and I have never had a single issue, not one. In my two years of vaping, this was my single best purchase bar none.

With a one year warranty and an optional additional year available, you can feel secure your Provari will remain in perfect working order.

I am rambling at this point, bottom line, I was in your situation, the price tag of the Provari was a shocker, but rather than wasting money on substandard mods, with short time warranties and questionable build and functionality, go with a proven, reliable, tested, guaranteed mod.

This is my story, hope it helps, I know a lot of people are in this situation, that's why I was so detailed.

There is a good review of the LRider compared to the Young June made by PBusardo on YouTube, check it out it's a good one...
By the way I got my Uniq and I'm happy with it, but before you pull the trigger at Discount Vapers contact Eric and make sure of what version the silver one is. I got the Chrome and it's the one from the review, but the picture of the silver Uniq don't shows the well with the ego threads. Just send him a mail to be sure.

Hope it helps :vapor:

I was about to order a Provari but then I saw that their warranty is only 1 year. For that price I'd feel more comfortable going for a PrecisePlus. It looks like a dental tool but they do give you a lifetime warranty for about the same price as a provari. The thing looks about as study as garage tools too. I don't get the Provari love, 1 year warranty, like Sony and Hyundai and you act like its covered forever.

Would I really break 4-5 Lambo's in a year to make the Provari more worthy? I doubt it.

I have a Brand New in Box LavaTube V2.0 (YoungJune) that I would like to sell at a good price.
I purchased 2 sets, one for my wife , and she thinks it's just too big a device for her.

The kit contains: 2 18650 batteries, charger 110-240volt , 2 dct tanks, and the LavaTubeV2.0 with ohm/resistance check.

If anyone is interested please reply. It cost me US$68.50 and I will sell it for that + shipping.

Trying to get a feel for this stuff and I can't believe how fragmented just one piece of equipment is. Even after looking up reviews and reading the forum I still haven't come across all of the various Lavatube named mods. I don't know how you can keep up with changes?

True, there really is a LOT of different devices to choose from and clones of clones etc. For many it becomes a choice of keep it simple with something like the eGo devices, which there is nothing wrong with that at all as they are usually solid little inexpensive pv's that get the job done, or make it a full blown hobby exploring every nook and cranny of the vaping hardware world.

The good thing is that there are a lot of choices which is better than only having a few to choose from IMO. The bad thing is it is easy to get lost and overwhelmed by it all and the quality is often times lacking from what we expect from most products.

There is no rush though, no race to figure it out. You can vape as long or as short of time as you want too and there is plenty of time to learn and try things out as one can afford it or has the desire to do so.

You can vape successfully with very little cost and research or spend huge amounts of time and money and all points in between. Great isn't it?
