Hi all,

So I got a text from T this morning. Her son is being discharged from the hospital today, and they will all return home so he can begin recovery there. Ms T has informed me that Sunday is the day that she will resume processing. Sunday will also be the day that the site reopens, although the exact time is uncertain. We expect that there may be a large number of incoming orders, so please remember that even though the largest part of this issue is behind us, catch-up will take a considerable amount of time. There are still many orders to fill that have been waiting during this whole thing. I just want to make sure everyone knows that it will take time to get to any new orders that are placed in the near future.

We understand that it may have been frustrating not to be able to place orders over the last several days. For this, we apologize, and extend our sincerest thanks to everyone for their patience. We are especially thankful for the patience displayed by all of those who already have outstanding orders in the system. They have also all been emailed with an update. The outpouring of support for Ms T and her family from all of those waiting for orders, all of those here on ECF, etc, has been staggering. Ms T has seen some of it, and will certainly see all of it before too long. You are truly an amazing bunch of people who clearly hold the needs of a suffering individual over your own. I am also convinced that the collective positive vibe sent Ms T's way had something to do with recovery from a life-threatening situation for one, and the power of peace and faith for T and her husband. As I have sat on the sidelines almost three thousand miles away from the situation, I have felt the energy being transmitted from around the globe, and it is clear to me that there ARE still good people in the world, and fortunately, those people are vapers!!

Thank you ALL again, and we are looking forward to resuming normal operations and getting each and every person taken care of. Life restarts on Sunday.

Very happy to read that her son is being discharged. I hope his recovery goes well and the families mind can be at ease.

As for orders, I don't think anyone minds a little wait. For me, personally, I am just going to hold off on ordering until she is caught up a bit. I know how I am when I am behind at work and then suddenly one more invoice appears. Hate that! LOL I just don't want to add to her feeling overwhelmed......but I WILL order soon (especially since I am almost out of MsTwink).

This is gonna make me very unpopular....

Ms T,

Don't rush to reopen the store, YOU need a break, take the weekend and longer if need be to be with your son NOT thinking about this website or those orders.

Get some sleep, I'm fairly certain you slept very little and most of it was stress filled anyway.

My snickerdoodle (mmmm snickerdoodle I have stretched you out as long as possible with pg) and other juices (drool) can wait Im sure I can find a non gag inducing juice around here somewhere (hey look! Dekang coffee!....) regardless, take some time to appreciate your family and be together, cause trust me, being away from home when something bad happens is the absolute worst feeling in the world. I have to remind myself of that every now and then.

Yes I agree with the above posts. Ms T DO NOT OPEN UP YOUR SITE!! Leave it down until you are well rested and all pending orders are caught up. Everyone would love to get their favorite juice but I think everyone will understand you need some time to recover with your son. Please take the time needed to get back on your feet BEFORE reopening the site.

Ms. T, my prayers are with you and your son. Don't worry about the people that are mad. They don't deserve any juice from you if they are that uncaring and insensitive IMHO. MissEmma and I love your Violet Candy blend and we will wait patiently to order it again. We certainly understand the situation. Take your time and take care of family. {{{{Hugs}}}}}

Who can be angry? There is nothing more important in the World then taking care of your sick child (and I'm not even a parent). My order has been pending over two weeks and let it pend until you are ready to work again. Take your time and take care of yourself and your family, especially your son. I'm happy to hear your son is getting better.

Thoughts and prayers to you and yours!

Impatiently waiting to order my go to flavor, can't wait til you're up and running again!
Until then, I'll get by with inferior flavors. *sigh* (wishing I'd have ordered double last time, LOL)

I completely understand family issues. Don't open until you're completely ready. Your devoted customers will wait.
