I have a thing against magnetic battery doors. I have the aegis legend as my primary mod and had seen complaints about the battery door being hard to deal with but I'd rather put a little effort in it than have something that's literally going to fall apart.

Magnetic doors are a hazard.

My vaping pet peeve is vapers that are not members of CASAA.
Everyone here is a members of CASAA right?

Guns have NRA - NRA has ^$$$$$$$$$
FDA just got $623M - We have CASAA and they have pathetic membership numbers
CASAA needs members almost as much as they need $$$$

Membership is important (and free) because when CASAA represents us the more members they show that they represent = the size of the voting bloc WE represent
I love you. Everyone in America should. I follow them on twitter and find out a lot.

This is a biggie: ejuice strenght. Yes, salts are the big hit, but why not make 9 and 12 mg liquids for people that don't vape at 50w? I have to buy nicotine separately and add when I don't find strong enough eliquid. Some vendors are realizing of this problem and offering those strenghts again.

With regulated mods, I like simple elegance. No lights, voice commands, talking mods, or designs and color schemes I would find in a child's toy box. Number of batteries and size would depend on what I want to put on it.

With mechs, I want small, compact, single cell squonks. I don't care for tube mods much, and with my vape style, multi battery mechs are overkill.

With RDAs, I look for small, compact, reduced chamber 22mm RDAs with restricted airflow. Crazy engravings and tons of words or designs just clutter up the device and detract from the looks in my opinion. I also don't care for proprietary drip tips or big 810s.

With RTAs, I look for good capacity, replacement tank availability, simplistic airflow, and well thought out wicking ports. No gimmick decks, airflow, or fill methods.

My biggest pet peeve in the vape world is how often a new product is instantly idolized as the new greatest thing ever made in the vaping industry, until two weeks later when another new product comes out and takes over that claim. Really makes it hard to find what is truely great.
My 10th vaping anniversary is coming soon, and as I'm going through my stuff, I was thinking: when was I happiest vaping? Early 2012, the first tanks were coming out. The tank in my avatar, a Vapeonly BCC lasted me almost 3 years. Heads would last 45 to 50 days. I would vape 10 ml of liquid a day. My setup at that time was very simple, not with the Evic in the picture but with simple ego twists. A fantastic time. 3 650 ego twists plus a PCC would last me a full day of vaping and was a small package. 12 bucks for the tank (and it was the most expensive of the lot because it had 3 coil heads).
Vaping has got too complicated and bulky. Time to rethink things.

Cheaply made regulated mods !, or should i say "standard" rather than cheaply made, they're not cheaply made !, in complete contrast to the mechanical Mod industry though !. I do wonder why we can't purchase a regulated mod which is made from Brass, Copper, Titanium or Wood. As usual someone will provide a link which says we can.

Mechanicals are just so much more attractive than regulated mods. I understand why expensive regulated mods aren't made, it's my understanding that things like curcuit boards have a tendency of crapping out. No curcuit board, no mod !. This may all sound as if i'm contrading my own initial point but, it's not up to me to decide why these devices aren't made. It's just an assumption on my part.

Although the fanboys of mechanicals would probably love to get hold of a brass/wooden/copper, beautifully "engraved" regulated mod. So maybe my peeve is why don't mech mod companies build these too ?. You know, "limited editions", sell like hot cakes, seeing as no one else is making them.

There must be reasons why !, but the eventual crapping out of the curcuit board is just an educated guess.

So, like i said in the first paragraph, i'll continue to "wonder why".

Daily peeve is avoiding scratching the surround of the female 510. Everytime i remove a tank, or try to screw one on, it'll slip out and scrape across the top of the mod.

Oooh…. I thought of a new one. It hasn't happened to me (yet) but when your favorite drop in manufacturer of coils discontinues the coils, and, and I'm going to guess that my head will explode, etc.

LOL I do hoard spent coils and it's probably more because I'm a hoarder than the fact that I think "Someday, I may need to try to rebuild these coils," but that is a hoarder type thought, let's face it. I mean, if it were really true desire to continue using said coils, if anything I should probably attempt to find out NOW if I can in fact rebuild them, if it's even within my CAPACITY, but like I don't I just let them collect in their separate jars.

LOL at least coils are small.

This was the main reason I started diy. Over sweetened juices were another major factor.

I'm getting to mind that much of the mtl equipment that I use isn't readily available stateside. I have no interest in China direct.
I wonder if that is due to the popularity of pens and pods. My brother is a mouth to lung and runs into the same thing.
I would think the natural progression of smoking to vaping involving mouth to lung that there'd be a bigger availability because the market is definitely there.
