Yeah, it's a term that some love and some hate... very, very, very much. I fit in the latter category.

(IN all honesty I tootled today for one session, but Meh, only for the nostalgia of it which was`nt all it was cracked up to be. Right back on the Orchid @ .4 baby!)

It's a group of vapers with a holier than thou snarky air about them towards anyone who doesn't vape in their preferred way. And have decided to interject their beliefs in every thread they can of anyone who starts a topic that isn't in line with the sacred way of vaping. And frankly it's annoying as ****.
In fact I get shocked now on ECF when I don't read one thread a day, that doesn't end with someone mentioning "Well I am a tootle puffer so...".
For a nickel though I'll tell ya how I really feel.

Tootle puffing always does.That's on the verge of looking quite inappropriate...
Thanks for clearing that up, I see that tootle puffle thread everyday and never figured out what it was. I gave up after the first page.
