Good question on what I would do? First I am trying to become prepared-not scared. I am buying a mod so I can obtain normal lithium batteries. Also, I am now getting into DIY. If I have to I will extract nicotine from whatever source I can. I do believe nicotine base will be still available. I think the premixed would not be available if a ban was imposed. As long as I can obtain menthol crystals I will be fine. The flavoring's will be available. Pg/vg available as well. So I am really not worried at all.
What would you do if a total ban came about?

Realistically, I'd have to quit all together. In no way would I go back to analogs, I hate chew and snus, and I've been to jail. Jail sucks! Have any of you who say you'd continue on the black market ever been locked up? Let me tell you, once is all it takes!
Jail is nothing. Prison is the real deal. Neither would happen since people would simply be fined.
Definately DIY.. And become a strong advocate of a medical vaping initiative...
I'd vape, even if I had to make my own juice and drip it on a hot light bulb. That would get me by at home until I could perfect nichrome wire soldering and atty rebuilding techniques. There's a DIY component in hardware also.

I fight for things I believe in. If that means breaking the law, so be it, and I'm sure there are plenty of vapers who feel the same way about it. That's the governments solution to everything, put people in Jail, in prison, fine them, harass them. I would sooner join a militia than allow myself to be ruled by a government that is supposed to work for us, not Big Tobacco, Big Oil, etc. And I'm not trying to make waves, do however you like, but I think I'll stand and fight.
I am tired of having the law making my personal decisions for me.I make my own juices anyway.
