sure. anythings possible. I think si needs to please all of the mod lovers and tank lovers out there and step up their game. maybe an apv with a menu system. with their low prices and good quality products and innovation in quality itself. they would destroy their competition entirely.

I wish SI offered eCigars and ePipes,

At one time a VV was out of the question so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility, right?

If the vaping industry has taught us anything, it's that you must stay current with the technology. I think the latest updated equipment (VV and T3) as well as the Niquid line that SI has made available to us, shows that they are still a forward thinking company. A ePipe would be a cool thing to bring to the clientel as well as the upgraded mods. Hopefully they will keep the gear goodies coming!

I totally agree.but the way I see it. they are a bit behind.now if that means they are taking their time and dedicating themselves to create an awesome product at a reasonable price. then I'm all for it. but they are losing out on money each day they don't bring themselves up to par with everyone. I love smokeless image an their cs. love their products and flavors of e liquid and I want to see them excel in this industry. more than they are already doing or thought possible

I think they are the go to company for the newbie. Their gear is awesome and the items are not so confusing as with other companies. They stick with the best cig-a-like and fat batt gear and a reasonable number of flavors. It just gets too overwhelming for newbies to have so many choices. If they stick with the best of the batts and the best of the clearos, they have a niche. IMHO

I see that everyone likes the spinner:)

As I see it, Smokeless Image has the best gear on the market for newbies. They are #1 with their auto batteries which makes the transition from analogs to vaping so much easier. No other company gives this level of quality products or customer support, imho.

It would be great if there was more variety with large capacity clearomizers or tanks that has replaceable parts to keep up with the power of the Volt spinner.

yes that sounds like a start. from my standpoint, I just feel like they need to step it up. so those of us that loved their cig alike products can now graduate and love a mod from them or something of that nature

I have been traveling the road from my 78's to my 900 mah and all places in between and beyond, but Smokeless Image will always be considered my first vape love!
I know that it is the person that makes it happen, but it was their products that I used that got me off the stinky trail.
So, thank you Smokeless Image from the bottom of my smoke free heart!
*hoping this doesn't sound too sappy...lol...but its true*

SI has a clear niche, and the best implementation I've seen. Everything they've done so far has been quite professional. How many vendors websites can be easily understood by a complete newbie? How many have CS on par with SI?

Do you knock Dell for selling simple end user pre-built computers? Should they offer all the internal computer guts? Go to Newegg.
Should Hyundai build 200mph+ super cars? Go to Lamborghini.
Should Burger King sell pizza? Pizza Hut.

Aye.. all this sounds condescending, but you can't please everyone, all the time. Look at Wal-mart.

We will always continue to upgrade and add new products. We will however only bring in the items we feel are the best and/or easy to use. It is our goal to maintain to be the best beginner and intermediate company. To begin to sell mods and different ohm levels would forever change the face of SI and is not something we are considering at this time. We are ok with being the first...you aways remember your first ;).... but we understand and have no hard feeling if we are not your last :)

I'm pretty much saying I love your products so much that I just want to stick with smokeless image throughout my years of vaping. if I want something like a mod I will of course be forced to settle with another company like most people do. I'm saying. I don't want to. but inevitably will.unless..........well you know.

I don't see where you are going with this rant of yours but I can see where your coming from.my turn to rant I suppose. first off,
get rid of the Pizza Hut Burger King comparison because pizza and burgers are two completely different things. last time I checked. cigalikes are e cigs and so are mods.anywho

you tell me what you would rather have. and be honest.say price wasn't an issue and all these companies made it affordable to you.because smokeless image can still do the very same thing. look at si's products out now.great quality, good price. nowwww. with that being said.

metro pcs or Verizon
dial up or fios
old Motorola razor or an iPhone
dell laptop or a MacBook

now those are accurate comparisons. ! you tell me which ones you would rather have in your possession. now If you take out the equation of price not being an issue. I'm pretty sure you would still choose the same ones. but the new question would be which ones can you afford...and lastly. what about Walmart? do you know how much that corporation makes in a week? enough to have Hyundai put a 200 mph+ engine in a damn elantra. lol there, that is the end of my rant.

Totally Understandable....and you never know what the future will bring... but right now with our growth we have to stay focused on what we are good at ;)

I think SI's business model is excellent. Along with exceptional CS, SI is very well placed to target the beginner to intermediate former smoker. If they expand their selection too much, as others said, it would be overwhelming to new users.

When I started, I didn't even consider big batteries. After using the 65/78's for about 3 weeks, I realized the x2's were for me. However, if the X2 was the only choice, I would have never tried. It is easy to forget how confusing it can be for someone who has never used an ecig. SI remains committed to their target audience. A megamall approach is better suited to advanced users who have a good sense of what they want. SI is ideal for new users who want to know everything will work well. At this, SI has no equals.

SI had to bend their own business model to launch the T3, since it is not compatible with the little batteries, then the spinners with the new chargers. While I love both, I think a new user could get a little confused. Having said that, I love SI hardware, that all I have. OTOH, I just started DIY for juice and with my spinners and T3's, it is awesome! :D

In the 6 months I have been vaping, I've had a lotta people come up to me. I don't hesitate explain ecig and recommend SI, out of hunderds of choices.

I'm glad that there is at least on vendor that specializes in (and succeeds at) helping new vapors. I start on a Volt, and while I love my more confusing, difficult setups, if I had started there, I would have flushed it all down the toilet and bought a pack, further affirming my belief that nothing would replace cigarettes for me. As it stands, Volt did.

That being said, it would be awesome to have a consistent, reliable vendor as we step through the levels of vaping.
