It's cool Andy. AG is a good guy. Please be nice -- we miss him around here.

It just seems that there are a few that compulsively have to compare any mod ever made to the reo. I see posts of people asking about the best no feeder vv and people will write in about how wonderful their reo mini is and sometimes dis other feeders in the same sentence. It makes it easy to become a reo-not when the fans are overly aggressive.

I happen to like wood mods--and the Vmod,Provari, GLV & Darwin.....with more I'm oogling! LOL I like mods!

I have only recently fallen in love with dripping but really want something handier to have around especially when involved i activities (like driving!) where dripping isn't a great option. Can't afford the high end stuff but have become quite interested in everything I am reading on this mod. Just have a question though ... what is the difference between the VMod 2.0 and the VMod XL? They are the same price so ... what makes the VMod XL the mod that so many of you prefer?

The 2.0 uses a 14500 batt & holds 4ml, while the XL uses an 18650 batt & holds 9ml. Lots of us like the XL because it is an all day mod, while the 2.0 will probably need a battery change during the day. The XL can use The Kick with a small modification & an 18500 batt. It's all personal preference...:)

Thank you for your reply!! That was exactly the kind of information I was looking for. Nothing too 'techie' - just the straight 'here's why'. I'm still very much a 'newbie' when it comes to any other than my Ego batteries. :) Sure am looking at this one though! I really want to get away from cartos and clearos, etc. Thanks again!

Sorry to be a nuisance but ... can you tell me if bridgeless atomizers will work in the VMod XL? Thanks again...

Your road mirrors mine.

Wanted something that would give me that dripped flavour without the hassle. Led me to the VMod XL. I was a fan of 18650's so had to be the XL.

Spent a bit of time with the Ego C so was pretty certain that leak free was a priority up in my want list.

Did a bit of research and there was only option. Still is only one completely leak free option. Had the VMod for over 2 months still not leaked a drop.

Sorry if this sounds a bit over the top but it is the truth. You could say I have become a fan.

I ordered my first feeder mod after a few weeks of vaping. Great decision. A few months later I got a Vmod very soon after it came out......and have carried one with me ever since!

So which are you going to get?

The vmod2-- stealthy and super pocket friendly.

The XL -- battery that lasts all day and also very travel friendly.

I have 2 ProVari's. Normally I have one with me. I always have the XL.

After starting using it I have spent the last week using cartos. Does a good job but have gone back to attys as that is why I bought it.

There is a learning curve feeding the atty or carto but you have to try and flood this. If things get a bit gurgly just gently press the bottle with the mod horizontal and wait till you hear air. Juice is now back in the bottle and you are good to go.

@ Tearose50 - which mod? Tough one - they both have their benefits however, that said, I am leaning towards the XL for longevity. It doesn't look all that terribly big - I have a big purse, lol. Mostly, though, I like the idea of not having to worry about the battery all day.

Also just realized that my question re the 'bridgeless atties' was a moot point. This is a bottom feeder so it doesn't matter if it is bridgeless or not! Will have to wait until next payday though (hate 'mortgage paydays! :() but anticipation is worth it!

We love the AG.

Fisher, I'm happy for you and to hear your excitement in getting the XL (if that's your final decision). I actually carry a very small purse and have ZERO problem carrying the VMOD around with me. Usually I have 2 of them! :)
