It's been 5 months for me and I have to say I don't miss smoking because...I can smell and taste things so much better, I can breathe a hell of a lot better, no more hacking up crap every morning, I don't stink the way my fellow smoking co workers stink, I overall just feel better and I've saved a ton of money

I was a smoker for 16 years I don't miss it at all.

I've been vaping for less than a week. I lit up an analog today because I needed nicotine, have been having a tough time lately, and my ecig was charging. I only took a couple drags before I gave it back to the person who gave it to me because I couldn't stand the taste. It was thoroughly disgusting. Won't be trying that crap again. Glad I began vaping. Hopefully I can get my mother on it too eventually.

I don't miss having to go outside to smoke and battling the wind to get it lit.
I don't miss my clothes stinking and my hair smelling of smoke.
I don't miss messing up my freshly painted nails trying to get a cig lit. :p
I don't miss having to roll the window down in the car even in the rain so the smoke goes out.
I don't miss staying in a hotel and the elevator ride so I can have that last one before sleeping.
I don't miss making sure there is a long enough layover when traveling so I have time to go out and have one then going through security again.
I don't miss much about smoking cigs.

I don't miss that nic fit when flights are delayed and travel time is extended.

I LOVE vaping!

My home office smells like a bakery instead of an overflowing ashtray. I don't have to douse myself with perfume, hand lotion, mouthwash, and hair spray to cover the smell of smoke anymore. As someone who has had four major surgeries, one of which was an emergency surgery, I don't have to worry anymore about suffering nic withdrawal during hospital stays. I don't hear a squeaky wheeze when I breath as I'm trying to fall asleep. Instead of, "Darn, I only have two cigs left. I'll have to go to the store even though it's cold and rainy," I now can say, "Oh, I'm getting low. Which flavor from my juice drawer should I try next?"

I don't have to worry about occasionally being down to my last $20 a few days before payday and have to factor in a $5 pack of cigs per day into my 1-3 day budget as I already got juice on tap... I guess that prob could be solved even with cigs but hey that did use to be my life...

I've said it before but I haven't had a bad hangover since I quit smoking either... seems like cigs were making them worse. And no more feeling more like crap after smoking that first cig while feeling like crap.

I was in a department store the other day, in the men's aftershave section and a bloke sprayed 4/5 shots of aftershave on himself, set the bottle down and walked past me, all I could smell was smoke of him.

another woman in work was asking me why I liked e cigs instead of a real one, I mentioned the smell and she laughed and told me that she never smelled of smoke, she didn't know why but never ever had.... The look on here face, when I told her that from where I was standing (5/6ft) away the smell of smoke from here was over powering....

we are not on speaking terms yet lol

I waft out clouds of mint and cinnamon and people no longer flinch back when approaching me. I can breathe and smell again, and I don't cough without a good reason. I can hold my breath or run with no problems.

My home office doesn't smell like an ashtray any longer. It too has picked up a faint but pleasant overtone of mint and cinnamon.

Too damned funny... To some degree I'm sure all us vapers felt the same way when we smoked... just oblivious, and thinking we had the smell all covered up by eating a mint or washing our hands. So glad I don't have to worry about that, or smell that way, again.
