Yep put them on the charger and they were.01 from each other so the discharge is fine but like you said the onboard voltmeter is shiiiieeeeeeeeettt.

By the way anyone wanting to buy an RX200 fasttech is having a store wide 10% off over easter think I'm gonna get the white one! Brings it down to about $36.50 it's to good to pass up and get another one for that price.
I got mine for $39 from vapenw. I dont mind spending a few extra bucks to support businesses in the US and can get the product in 2 days max

The neoprene washer is just temporary (BTW, they're 2 for $1 at Lowes).

For a permanent solution I'll probably use The Fat Daddy Vapes low profile short 510 connector. Since it's only 14mm from top to the bottom of the pin I may be able to get it in to the mod without having to modify the battery sled. If I do have to modify the sled it will only be for the pin, so I'll only have to cut a small groove in it.

I would prefer not to modify the battery sled. I don't like the idea of an exposed 510 connector that can get quite hot sitting right next to the batteries with nothing in between.

That's not really a sale, that's their normal price for the RX200. They just jacked up the price on their web page for this weekend and then said it will be on sale with the sale price being their normal price.

Personally I didn't mind paying the $7 more to buy it in the US and get it just 3 days after ordering.

Yes that 510 connector looks exactly like my two Wismec Reuleaux RX 200 (black, teal) and two Reuleaux DNA. Out of the four, only my black one chipped paint just like yours. None of the face plates ever chipped though and I thought they were made out of plastic. But yours doesn't look plastic and maybe none of mine are either.

I had my two RX200 for two months and I had no problems with the 510 yet. That SS Griffin, you screwed that one more than I would have. And yes, everything I have RDAs, RTAs, and regular tanks are never flush (except my Crown tanks). My black RX only chipped when new and then stopped chipping. Maybe yours will stop too.

My two DNA200 paint seems better and I don't think it will chip at all (unless you purposely try to make one). My RX teal one the paint also seems better and that one hasn't chipped yet either. The DNA ones have the same short 510 connector as the RX.

I measured the 510 pin and the shortest pin that will reach is 3.9mm. Which seems very high to me. My Crown tanks has a 4.6mm 510 (I don't think I have anything shorter). And that seems to be as far as one should go with that 510 connection. So it looks like to me that spring pin only travels 0.7mm and that is it. So if you don't push it more than that, I believe those 510 will last years to come.

Ok, so I got my Red / Black RX200 yesterday...I made a short video with my impressions. This is my first RX200 so I have nothing to compare it too except my eVic VTC mini so... enjoy! (I just uploaded it so it may be a few mins before it's available)

Fortunately, my years of experience building and customizing cars has taught me how to easily fix your chipped paint problem.

Get yourself a can of red VHT Anodized Color Coat. It's a high temperature, chip and scratch resistant automotive paint that gives a nearly identical finish and color.

Just remove the battery cover and front plate, tape off the display screen, and give it about 3 coats of paint and it should have a virtually identical look but the paint will be thicker and much more durable.

Damn now that they have battery doors on sale I wish I had gotten the all black rather than the black and red. It still looks great though.

Sorry I didn't even look where you lived at. And yes I am with you about having metal panels vs. 3D printed.
I ordered a white and a red battery cover. Hopefully metal faceplates will be available in the future.

How to update your RX200
official Wismec update software

1. Download the Windows version of the update from official site

2. Unpack the archive somewhere (it’s best to create a folder on your desktop & places the files in the folder)

3. remove your batteries from your mod.

4. Connect the RX200 to your computer with a data cable. The first time you do that you should see the notification that Windows is installing new hardware. Do nothing until Windows tells you that the device is ready to be used.

5. Execute Update Wismec.exe and verify that you see “Device Name: Reuleaux RX200”

6. Click Update and select the firmware file (if you are only changing the font this is were you would select the font/bin file)

7. The software will show a pop up dialog box with “Firmware update completed.”

that’s it You’re all done disconnect You’re Reuleaux RX200 and enjoy

Heres another one to change the font to whatever you want it to look like
G/T: Customize Font – WISMEC RX200
Thanks for posting those Tuts. I have a couple apps that are for making customizations and decrypting/encrypting the actual .bin firmware files but I was hoping for more info on the process of where to start...

This post may or may not make sense as I am extremely tired hehe
