I am trying to quit the analogs and got my new set-up in the mail Saturday. I am loving the vision spinner with the vivi nova. I didn't buy the off-brand stuff either this time. Last time I bought junk from what I am told, lol and it worked like junk. This time I am determined not to fail so I will never want to go back to analogs once I finally quit. I am doing better though just since Saturday afternoon. Not using analogs nearly as much. I actually got a nicotine rush on Sunday and had to sit still for a little bit. I was trying not to go smoke so I vaped for like 20 minutes straight with no break, lol and got a huge headrush and didn't like that. I have some lower nicotine ejuice coming so I think that will help with that. I am determined this time and love the spinner. It is making a world of difference in the vapor, function, feel of the smoke, can actually see it this time! and the flavor is much better even though I am using a high VG. Going to take advice I got on here about trying a lower nicotine with a 50/50 PG/VG and see if I can handle that. I hope so but happy that I can FINALLY taste my juice and throat hit with the spinner. My other set-up was awful.
I enjoyed cigarettes. I liked the smell of a burning cigarette (not stale smoke). Still do actually. But i don't miss the feeling of nicotine having control of me. I'm vaping 9 mg now and I feel much more in control, I don't have nic fits or cravings and if I do get a sudden urge for nicotine it does away in a minute or less usually.
On a side not, I did get an njoy king in the mail from the "free" promotion. If your looking to kick the habit of smoking then this is then product for you. To me it was kind of scary, same weight and feel as a cig. I've been smoke free for a few weeks now so I'm just now really breaking the habit And ill stick to my ego for helping me stay smoke free.
Well, being as truthful as I can be its something I've already thought about but not with the magic given by the OP. Thinking about the FDA and the possibility that vaping may be more costly than smoking it a real possibility which makes me sad even thinking about but true nonetheless. I'm on a fixed income and smokes are not as expensive where I live than they are for most so in the worst scenario smoking may be all that's left to me. I know I wouldn't return to my 2 PAD as I have enough supplies to keep me from that for a year or two unless the devices are heavily taxed or banned and what I have goes kaput. I would probably smoke under 10 a day along with vaping.
Have you tried tapering down on your nic level?
absolutely yes .. I enjoyed smoking .. pounding the pack against my palm, snapping the wrapper off, the smell of a fresh pack, thumbing the Zippo for that first morning hit and rush, lighting up after a meal, the list goes on .. don't plan on going back to them, but under your circumstances, sure ..
If the health consequences were magically gone, I would go back to smokes in a heartbeat. I love vaping, have found my perfect setup and juice, and I'm happy. But I smoked for years, and sometimes I miss it. Even the smell.
I would just do both. Vape for the flavors when I'm inside and go out for a smoke whenever.
