Would you still vape if all you could buy was unflavored e-liquid?

Yes, I know DIY is easy. But pretend this is one of those stranded on a deserted island scenarios with no flavoring available.

And just how would you get that unflavored liquid to the island???? ROTF

Point is, if they limit the sale to unflavored liquid, those of us that DIY would likely not have a problem for a very long time anyway, but even when we eventually run out of stock, and for those that don't have a back stock, the solution is the same.

Bottom line though, is if they SOMEHOW made it impossible to get the flavor additives... YES, I would still vape unflavored VG in the type of devices I use now... NO WAY will I ever convert to those horrid cigalike crap things though. I'll figure out how to build my own dang flashlight battery and create a homemade atty if I have to when stuff breaks down, but I will NOT give RJ Reynolds or any other BT MY MONEY to vape their CRAP.

Edited to add: If any spies are among us... read that thoroughly BT... you're not getting ANY of my money anymore. Where there is a will, there is a way.

With FDA deeming looming on the horizon http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/fda-regulations/556080-fda-deeming-regulation-proposals.html there is much speculation that they could easily ban flavored nic liquids. (save the children!)

Yes, I know there are many potential DIY workarounds, but that's not where I'm going with this thread.

What if flavored liquid was banned, not available, period. Would you still vape? I enjoy vaping unflavored, so I know that I would.

Yep, I vape unflavored a lot anyway :)

if I couldn't get flavors I would simply vape unflavored juice , anything that keeps me off the death sticks ... of course I wouldn't enjoy vaping as much but I rather have no flavors than having crap taste in my mouth as i had with tobacco.

Regardless I think the possible ban , not only in the United States but also all around the world would not really harm old users but it will keep people on Tobacco so like Orobas said the potential new comers will be harmed .

I would continue to vape.

Would also quickly DIY all things myself too.

I don't think it would discourage smokers from quitting cigarettes and switching to vaping -

for me going from a little cigarette to one of the "e-cigs"(just an ego) I didn't think I'd be ok
with it & the flavors I thought were a weird, ridiculous thing I wouldn't like. The flavor thing
was actually a bit of a turn off.

Then I took "a hit" off the thing and found out it wasn't as weird as I imagined.
