If vaping became as expensive as analogs I honestly think I just may have to quit altogether. I do know that smoking an analog isnt an option...Its too gross now. But who knows..I hope we never have to contemplate that choice.

I would vape even if it cost more. After smoking analogs for over 40 years, I really needed some way to get off of them. vaping has done it! I feel so much better and my smokers hack is gone. I don't ever want to go back to that. I have spent wwwwaaaayyyy to much on this new habit/hobby, but I didn't find this forum till after spending a lot on junk. Here I learned what to buy and where. I could have saved so much! Smoking was just something I just did without even thinking about it....vaping is pure fun! All the flavors! It tastes so good! I love it!
I'd probably be more concerned with the health aspects of it if I had smoked as long as you did. But since I smoked from the time that I was 16 till I was 32, I guess that I didn't really see any of the dramatic health effects that a lot of you did. That's why I quit analogs only because of the money issue.
I guess that it also depends on how hard you drag on the analogs. I smoked a pack and a half a day, but I wasn't a "hard hitter" most of the time, unless I was angry for some reason.
I do have some friends that are my age and slightly younger that have pretty bad coughing problems, and they didn't smoke as long as I did. They smoked about as much as I did though.
