Eciggity's got the Goblin in stock... Goblin RTA by Youde - Eciggity If the $34.99 price tag plus shipping doesn't bother you

I have ordered from eciggity before and would again even though they are a few bucks more expensive then most other places. Plus because they are in Hawaii shipping takes and extra day or two to hit the mainland but still pretty fast. Last time I ordered it took 5 days to go from Hawaii to Maine.

Use code 10percentoff on eciggity to save 10% off your order.

Also, it seems nobody really wants the silverplay for the silverplay, they want to upgrade the airflow on their kayfuns. Seriously, look at the silverplay thread, I haven't seen a silverplay there that has actually stayed 100% silverplay.

Maybe if I had a bunch of kayfun parts to put on the silverplay I would have bought that.

My thoughts exactly. The design out of the box is stupid (in my opinion) but if I had kayfun parts laying around, it would be great... But I don't. Without modification, Goblin wins. Hands down.

Just got my Goblin today guys. Very excited to try it out. Lets see if it out performs dripping atty's. Ill try to compare it to the kayfun and Kanger sub tank, for those are the only two tanks I own. Sorry, Im more of a dripper. But, thats why im here. Looking for a tank, to help me quit dripping, hahaha. Anyone have the big dripper? Any reviews on that? Well, ill keep you guys posted... -ArcH

OK, so I got this in the mail yesterday, I was definitely vaping this thing all night, and it is stellar, to say the least. I was trying to post from my phone last night, but it wouldn't let me.

Here are some build pictures. 24g 5/6 wrap at .3 ohms. (yes. 24 gauge. it's possible.)

OK So.. my thoughts on it. I am going to compare this to the Orchid V4, because thats what I have thats closest to it.

Flavor vs Clouds: This thing produces pretty awesome flavor, and the clouds are way beyond the orchid, due to two things.
1.) In the Orchid I have to mix my juice 50/50 because of the channel/chimney setup, and it will not wick the thicker stuff. The Goblin ate up 90VG/10PG (flavoring) like it was nothing, and never had a single dry hit.
2.) Obviously, airflow. The airflow still leaves a little bit to be desired, but overall its amazing for a tank.
If you ask me, this tank produces the best balance between flavor and cloud that I have seen yet.

Filling: OK so this is where this shines over the Orchid. It is so much easier to fill, due to having more space between the chimney and tank section. I haven't had any leaks or filling backups, after filling it about 5 times now. Yes. 5 times. It runs through juice quick, and needs to be filled much more often than the Orchid.

Building/Wicking: Easy to build on. Well made posts and screws/threading. Fits 24 gauge wire, but I really don't think you can go any lower than that. It was a very tight fit. If you are using a VV/VW mod, I would definitely use 26g. Not a whole lot of build room, but it's plenty enough for a good lung hit.

Tank Capacity/Ease of use: Once it's put together, all you have to worry about is keeping the tank full. Unfortunately, you will probably need to carry a bottle of juice and mini phillips with you for any trips longer than to and from the store. The capacity leaves some to be desired, but the trade off is what you pay for the performance. Along with the short tank, comes a short chimney. I did sometimes (with this build) get a "lip burn" from hot vapor out of the short chimney.

Overview:
Positives - Flavor, clouds, wicking, build quality, and looks great. You can see juice all the way until its almost empty.

Negatives - Build room, tank capacity, eats juice up quick, short chimney sometimes gives you lip burn.

Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives for me, and I probably won't even touch my drippers or other tanks anymore. It's that good. Get one. If they introduce (which I heard they will soon) a larger tank, I will be buying it immediately.

Thank you for the pics and for taking time out to share your thoughts. I ordered two from Eciggity yesterday, and can't wait for them to arrive.

Thanks for that! Are the coils about 3/32"? You confirmed my thoughts on how much it would burn through juice, and in my mind it's not ready to take on my current setup: Orchid V4 with top fill cap. 5ml capacity, 15 seconds to fill via top-fill cap, and ability to build 24 ga with 7/8 windings on 3/32". I couldn't afford to burn through more juice than I already do. :) It might wick the thicker stuff better than an Orchid but that's not a problem with my 70VG anyway.

Hey guys,

I didn't have time to read back through the thread (I apologize), but I just wanted to see if anyone ran into what I am running into with my Goblin. I just got the Goblin yesterday and went to build it today. I noticed that the screws in the positive block are "pointy" and are not long enough to trap 26ga wire (and definitely not 28ga). Anyone else experiencing this? I messaged Youde on FB so we'll see what they say. Hopefully they can send me out new screws!!

I got mine in today also and am really digging it thus far. Even with the small deck, it is quite easy to build on. The flavor is surprisingly nice for a tank with so much airflow. The only cons I have thus far is the capacity (which isn't a huge deal) and the screw to fill. I got spoiled by the plug on my lemo so I'm going to see if I can find one that will fit the port. It'll cause the tank to not be 100% flush but I think it will be so close that it won't be noticeable.

I don't have any problems with 26ga, but actually ran into the same problem trying to use 28ga yesterday when one of the screws wouldn't trap it.

Interesting. I talked to a friend on FB who ran into the same problem I had. It's like the screw tips are "pointy" and will not allow the wire to be trapped under them. I'll give 26ga another go, but it didn't seem like it worked last time (couldn't trap the wire).....it only seems like the positive posts are causing the issue though; the negative posts are fine.....I have a message out to Youde on FB so we'll see what happens...

I thought I had some 26 wire, but I had 25 and 24, and I didn't want to go there on my first build with this unit so I just upped it to a dual 28 coil.. I had no problems cinching the screws down tight to the wire.. It vapes like a monster CO2 extinguisher.. Taste is easily on par or better than my genuine. kfl..

I pick up a goblin at my local shop a few days ago. Very impressive! I did a 9/8 26g @ .43 huge clouds and flavor is on par with some of my drippers. I didn't have any issues with the screws they are actually some of the best I've seen, maybe this is something they fixed already. I have SN 725, curious to know if you have a higher or lower SN, or if it is just luck of the draw on the screws.

What kills the silverplay for me (although they show pictures of variations) is that big metal section that comprises 90% of the tank. You can't see when you are running out of juice, and with something that eats up juice so quick, that is something I would consider necessary. What were they thinking? So, out of the box, without any tank modifications, I decided on the Goblin. If the silverplay had come out of the box with a tank like, for example, the billow, I would be buying that one, hands down, no questions asked. But.... it doesn't.

Picture for anyone who doesn't know what I am talking about.
I have always customized my tanks. Most people have. These are sub $40 tanks. I'll drill the thing senseless without batting an eye. Hell I was drilling genesis attys close to 5 years ago when you could only get them in group buys from Greece / Germany. Same with the tank sections. I have enough pyrex, quartz, glass etc to last me another 5 years. The silverplay is for the deck, period. I own a custom kayfun but would never use one "out of the box". For me vaping is and always has been about customization. The goblin looks like a great piece of hardware, but if I can't change it the way I want it (meaning the small deck) I'll have to pass
