Interesting discovery..

Not sure if anyone remembers but not long ago, I was complaining about lack of flavor in the Goblin in comparison to the Orchid. That claim, now, turns out to be entirely based on the flavor itself.

The blue raspberry is much more pronounced in the Orchid, but 'strawberry milk', and vanilla custard are much better in the Goblin!

Has anyone else noticed that dessert flavors, creamy or custardy flavors are much better in this tank than the fruity flavors? Could be my build, but this is something I have noticed, having the same exact build in both the Goblin and the Orchid.

My taller chimney piece is messed up, but not to the point where it doesn't work. I've said it before these things are cheap China junk, but vape like a dream.

Mine won't thread. One side high and one side the threads are squished. I more or less wanted to make them aware of it and their response was just sending me a new one. The smaller chimney is super clean. But you're definitely right it does vape like a dream. I just know they just made my day.

Good to see MBV providing good customer service and standing behind the products. The threads on mine are fine so it must depend on the batch you receive.

This looks to be a sweet RTA. Seems like some here have had issues and I am a bit concerned as I don't want a leaker in my stable. I'd be getting the V1.2 and the upgrade larger capacity tank for sure.

What's the general consensus among those of you who also own a subtank mini and use that rba deck? How does it compare and rate against the stm?

Kicks the subtank's ....! The goblin's build quality could be better for sure but the vape is terrific! I'd highly recommend ordering from Mtbakervapor.com when they get them in stock. They have been great at sorting out any issues for people.

I have a STmini, but have only used ni200 in the RBA head, so I don't know how it vapes with Kanthal. That being said, Subtank mini is my favorite single coil RTA atm.

They are kind of two different beasts, and I don't know that they can really be directly compared. For a dual coil RTA I really like the goblin, I do regular kanthal builds, dual 26g 2.0mm ID, 8 wraps or so, nothing fancy, and I think its great. The goblin has air flow for days, which is good for vapor production, but can be a bit noisy the harder you inhale. Even with the slight QC issues one of mine has, overall for the money I think they are good. It vapes so well its my favorite dual coil RTA atm.

Have you tried any other dual coil RTAs? I like this one better than my drilled out fogger 4.4, and orchid v4. Not that they are bad, I just like the goblin slightly more, secure glass tank, multiple chimney options, airflow.

Youde also has another dual coil RTA in the works, the Goliath, it should be available in April. You may want to look at that one too.

I purchased one of these a few weeks ago . Insane airflow and great flavor. Cheap feel to it tho and unfortunately mine leaks like a ....... . Anyone else have this issue ? Any fixes ?
