yea a bit more wick and try to have just a couple small strain to no strains of wick going into the juice channel. just make sure it super nice and fluffy sit right above the channels. also keep the wick end away from the air hole.
Got mine today, and threw a decent little dual 28gauge micro build on there 0.7 ohms @ 26W, the deck is pretty small but I think it's very manageable. I think I'm going to have to rewick it here pretty quick though, it spits quite a bit of juice at me and I have a little gurgling when I take a hit. I hate gurgling and having coils spit at me, would you guys suggest getting some more wick in there to help stop the spitting and gurgles? I did have the strands pretty loose in the coil and the tails are quite thin but I'm using max vg too
Credit to narrdarr for the idea.

10 wrap, 1.4mm, 28 gauge, came out to .3 ohm on the Sig 150.

Minimal wick, was still a little tricky getting it through there. I actually cut the bottoms of the wicks much shorter than pictured here, just long enough to tuck them back to the post, and away from the air holes. Tops were trimmed a little more too, but not much.

Bottom wicks tucked under and away from air hole, tops folded over and down. Huge air gap between them!

This thing produces some wicked vapor.
Wick is broken in a little more now, and the flavor is great. Air flow is perfect, no restriction whatsoever. No dry hits, and no 'spitty' hits. Not the easiest or fastest build, but well worth the effort getting it right.
Do the "Orchid hit" and turn it upside down for a few pulls until it hits somewhat dry. You might be filling it too fast and the wicks are oversaturated. Once you get that excess juice out, it hits very well. If you are on a regulated (this is what I do) hit the thing on higher wattage a few times to burn off the juice. If you believe your wicking is good, either one of these things will work without you having to take it apart.
Thinned out wicks actually work better in this device, so you have the right idea. Too much cotton, and you can restrict air flow and run the possibility of dry hits when using thick juice.
Narrdarr's quad build made me a believer. Very legit build. It hits perfect. Air flow is not restricted one bit, no dry hits, and flavor is great.
Tried to re-wick once today and still get some spitting and gurgling, I think some wick or juice is right near the air holes, gonna try a little bit thicker wicking again. RTA's seem to be super finicky about wicking man. It also appears that I have a chronic fill hole screw leak going on too so that's also helpful.. =l
Question, how many of you can lay the gob on its side overnight without any leaking?
I too get no leaking laying it on its side. Proper wicking and this thing shouldn't leak.
Do you have a link? I don't see anything regarding that.I noticed on Facebook last night that Youde Technology is offering a Goblin update.
Ah holy crap! Here we go... the Goblin clone for 17.53... https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10013071/2202700-goblin-styled-rta-rebuildable-tank-atomizer
Who's going to be the guinea pig? I can't imagine the machining on the clone being much worse than the original.
And this shows up on Facebook. ..

Definitely different. I wonder how the leads are captured and if it will be a leaky bugger with such a gigantic airflow hole? Anxiously awaiting Ray's review of this one!Nice, Ray had said they were launching it probably mid April IIRC. Looks like their answer to the Arctic tank, and could be a good one. I will probably pass though.
