I contacted pure smoker (twice) about my protege order (20514) but have not seen any reply. I sure hope the protege is better than their customer service
I think if mine is not shipping this week I will just cancell the order, and just pick up a high-volt mod instead. I just wish I had some information as to the status of my order rather than "processing"

I've gotten the "processing" from a lot of web vendors, not just e-cig related, and the product at the door the next day.
The twitter on their main, home page is updated pretty regularly and Casey was indicating last night there might be 100 Protege's on the way.

I was order 20273 I received mine be patient Trox they are pounding out shipments left and right.. they will contact you and your order will be shipped... I had a last minute address change and they fulfilled it on time

This would mean you just placed your order Thurs/Friday???
All you get is processing, or shipped. They aren't Amazon.

I was just concerned as one of the latest updates on that side scroll deal on their website had mentioned "expecting 100 more protege's tonight to ship between now and wednesday" So I was wondering whether that meant they were out of stock and waiting for more to arrive before being able to ship them out.

We got another 170 in yesterday afternoon ... Monday's are a bit tricky because we have to fill orders from Friday Night/Saturday/Sunday/Monday morning ... So we caught up on those and Protege orders are going out today. Casey should be along a bit later with order updates

Cool so I should recieve my shipped e-mail. Would you know when more prodigy will be availible? The reason I was think about cancelling my protege was to get a prodigy instead.

That's good news! But what on earth are the twitter updates for if I still have to search through every thread on your forum for info???
That was a preemptive update from Steve, Casey updates twitter. Since we haven't heard from Casey all day, she has probably taped herself into a pretzel, and is try to wiggle her way to the phone so, she can dial steve with her nose, and have him come and un-mummify her.
