hehehe I do luv ya bunches. I didn't realize how bad it was. I'm so sorry darlin! I'm glad it's getting some better. You've been through just so much and I just hate that for you. So wish I could make it better.

Wow, I've never heard of a charger like that not coming with a wall plug. the lil joyetech ones for ego sticks yeah, but i'd be madder than a hornet if I ordered a $40.00 charger and couldn't plug it in without buyin sumpthin else.

I haven't been through nearly as much as many people here have. This thing was a real doozy though. They left me hanging for several weeks telling me I probably had brain cancer.

No one close to me has ever had cancer, though I've known people who had it. No matter how heartfelt my sympathies were to them, it always sounded hollow to me since cancer was never in my reality, so to speak. I prefer to be grateful that I now have that insight.

I really did not believe I would live, let alone fully recover. How can you be that sick and recover? For all the times I thought I was going to die on a fire, the only thing you had time to think about was, literally, "This is how I'm going to die." I have no explanation for why I/we are still alive and it amazes me more and more as time goes on.

But, thinking you are going to die from disease is an entirely different animal that I'd never met before. It's absolutely terrifying. At least on the fireline you go down fighting and never surrender. With disease, you are at the mercy of BP and fallible, sometimes arrogant doctors. I am very grateful to fully understand that fear, uncertainty and hopelessness.

Now I've explained it to everyone here and to myself. We're not talking about it again. I'm fighting with a vengeance to fully recover and gaining a little bit of ground every day. It's been a hell of a journey and the educational value almost makes it worth it. If I weren't so bloody stubborn, I'm sure there would have been an easier way to get from point A to point B.

It came with an ac adapter, car adapter, and usb cord. The ac adapter did get pretty warm so if you have/get one of these, keep an eye on it. Took about 9 hrs to charge 4 x 18650 x 2600 mAh batteries, (new), that were completely empty.

I did almost buy one without the ac adapter but at the last moment I realized it didn't have one, so I kept looking.

Pretty cool display. Large size and pretty easy to read even for my tired old eyes.

Yes, I really like the display on them. Actually, I wouldn't buy one without it again. Next time I won't assume it's the same without fully reading the description but who the heck sells something like that without a plug?

I used head band magnifiers for years, but then I got this:

Oooooo, she's purdy. The girl of my dreams! I want one like that with a glass magnifier. We'll have to move in the next year or two and am waiting until after that. They aren't cheap but they're worth it.

I really like it and so does my husband who thinks using a magnifier is akin to stopping and asking for directions. I looked back through 5 years of my Amazon purchases and couldn't find it. I got an email today that my second istick 60 TC has FINALLY shipped. I placed the order in early August and shortly after FT rmailed me that they were out of stock. Took them until now to get them in. My only compaint is that their website should not have shown them as in stock if they were out.

I ordered something from them that said it'd ship in two days. They wrote and said it had been discontinued and I'd have better luck with my orders if I didn't order discontinued stock. The site doesn't let you order discontinued items. Other than that, considering the prices, FT has always been good to me that I remember.

Got to checkout, and it said shipping was anywhere from 20.00 to 40.00 Went back through the items and that was the only thing that didn't say free shipping, so I took it off, then my shipping was free. Grrrrrrrrrrr Oh well. I did buy a bed tray, but the legs don't lock, so it tends to want to buckle on me at times, so was gonna get the ft one and take back the one I bought that 15.00

The "C" word scares the crap out of me…I've watched a couple of people close to me fight that disease. It's awful, devastating, painful. If I'm reading your post correctly you don't have it and I'm so relieved and happy for you that you're getting better. We missed you aroubd here.

The only leaker (minor) is an N2...It's currently in the Bull Pen...Reserve status...
T18's / T22's / TopTank Mini...9 in total...Haven't had a single one of them leak yet...

Yes, they found two spots on my brain with a CT scan they suspected of being brain cancer. If my husband hadn't intervened and demanded they get me in sooner for the MRI, I'd still be waiting for the test. And then another two weeks for the results.

The spots on the brain are from the mini strokes I suffered 4 years ago from a stent being put in that the super specialist vascular surgeon insisted were not happening. Recent tests showed the stent is in surprisingly good shape with no blockage so one of my worst fears, having to have it replaced by that won't be happening for a long time, if ever.

Woke up today with noticeably better stability on my feet and an appreciable improvement in my vision. I'm not only going to be fine, I'm going to appreciate life more and with a deeper under understanding of what others go through that was completely foreign to me before. Win/win.

The support I've received here and on the BP brought me to tears. You have no idea. I'm deeply indebted, humble thousand thank yous.

Pulled out a new tank to celebrate improving health. Gurgled and flooded. Turned up the volts and that seemed to fix it, sort of. Got tired of it and left it on my desk. Leaked all 3ml of juice out during the night. Left it in a corner to sulk until a dig out some new gaskets. Guess the good news is I'm sure I know what's wrong with it.
