Use the same coils, which I can barely see, lol. I really need new eyeballs. I put a drop of water on the KGD, twirl it into a thread and then stick it through. Let it dry out for a day and good to go.
If you increase pg, & lower vg, you will decrease vapor production. Pg carries flavor & produces some vapor. Vg is where most of the vapor comes from, but also mutes flavor a bit. I use 50/50. And vaping is different from smoking. Use a long, slow draw.

I heard that wire is good also. I think it is one of the less springy. When you wrap the coil you can use a curo coiler or master coiler. If you do it by hand it comes out slightly bigger then the size you are wrapping which is no biggie it will just make the resistance about .01 or .02 more because of the springiness. If you use a coiler you can get it to the size you are using then you have to stretch it to make it spaced. I do it both ways and a 5 wrap 3mm spaced on a coiler will come out at .27-.28 by hand it comes out about .29 thats on a STMThanks Patrick! I was waiting for you to get back to me before I ordered titanium wire, so that I had your input on wire size. I ordered just 10 feet of 0.4 mm wire, which is really close to 26 gauge. I ordered from Ti-Wire
Regarding "making the chip do extra work", you should not anthropomorphize inanimate objects such as electronic chips. They don't like it when you do that.Just my personal "feeling" about how much power to use: it still seems logical to me to use all available power, and I don't think that doing so decreases the battery any more than using less power. No proof of what I say, I just think it might be true.
