wait, I am confused. We are tyalking for a hole to the cartomizer's side? If yes, then carto dont breath from there, it takes liquid from there

One 1mm hole won't provide enough juice imo. For me 1.5mm feeds perfect. I know it will depend on each cartomizer but 1mm just wasn't big enough. I'm going to try a couple smaller holes on each side and see how that works. The only problem I'm having is I keep breaking my ,5mm drill bits. I'll have to try grinding down the place where I'm drilling first.

yes, it takes the liquid from there. And 1 mm is too small to get the liquid through, you need to suck too hard. 2 mm is too wide, the inhale is too light. So around 1.5 mm is perfect.
The drill I use is 1.6mm. After that I use the etching tool to make the hole a little wider and the outside of the hole wider, that way the liquid seeps in nicely

very easy Lord. You have to screw the atomizer very well on the brass connector. Then you put the o-ring through the atomizer. I hope that I didnt put a different o-ring than the apropriate between caps. Can you do me a favor? Please took off the o-ring that is between caps and the o-ring that is on the base of the atomizer. If they are the same then I made a mistake:(

o-rings are not the same ;)

Update on the cartomizer deal:

Today was an off day. I switched cartomizer, made with the same hole and it tasted horrible and there was no vapor and it was leaking all over the place. Popped in another, same problem, and another, same problem, and another and again back in Bliss. I have no clue why, but will think about it this evening

leaking from the 8 holes? Did you screw tight the brass connector? Did you put its o-ring back in there?

Whahahaha, you made me smile again my friend!!!!!!!!

Imeo: yes i did all that, Will check later if it has to do anything with THE position of hole, not the height but the place relative how the angle is when I vape. Don't want to take it out now because it is soooooo good!!!

Strange emonty. Wonder what the problem was. Maybe you poked through the center tube without knowing it. What I have been doing lately is to put a toothpick down in the carto to push the center tube away from the location I am about to drill. Kinda gives me a little back up insurance in case I poke too far. I was thinking about making a little tool to back up the inside of the tube to stop my poker from going too deep on accident. When its your last carto you surely don't want mess up...... Something to slide down between the filler material and the side wall of the carto might do the trick. I have a few 401 batteries that might get cut up because they are the next size tube down from the carto 901 etc. Slice it in half length ways and make it nice and smooth.

Keith, if we go too deep then why dont we put a small piece of filler inside the hole?
