I have 0 wicking problems.One thing I wish is that the squonk/drain hole in the ceramic was positioned more equally in-between the 2 posts. That way, it would be a bit easier to position the coil directly over it.
I just used a wire cutter snipper. Came in a Radio Shack Tool KitTom, what did you do to divide up the ceramic wick into smaller pieces? Just break it with your fingers?

What diameter fc2000 did you buy? Curious, I might give it a shot.
Do you have to squonk a lot with the ceramic? That was the main thing I did not like about ss mesh. I had to squonk every 2 puffs with it.
Depends on your definition of a puff. Mine went 1 1/2 very long vapes. A picture is worth a thousand words.
