I like the popping, too, as long as I have DT that keeps the hot pops from hitting mouth. The first time I witnessed uncovered pops was when I was showing the UPS store guys my newly arrived LR 306 with DT off. (way back) Major fireworks. We were all messermized. (When new vape stuff comes in, and store isn't busy, I open package in store for show and tell.)

So will it fit on Reo #1?

Which "REO #1 are you referring to? Not being a smartass but #1 has different meaning for all of us.

{edit} The 3rd generation original Woody, in my avi, is not #1 for me. I have one Woodvil, 801, that was one of only 15 from first production run. Blue Mini, in my avi, is very little known first run of Metal Mini. (The Mini became "known" late 2010. This one was summer 2010.) Gold/Black Grand is very first, limited run of Grands with Buff finish.

It was my understanding that Clyde owned the very first Reo mod produced. That is what I'm referring to as #1. I could be wrong.

Yeah, Clyde and a few others had "pre-production" Woodys. The Woodys that were produced, until Robert started making the Woodvils, much later, were all basically the same; 801 connection. The main thing he changed with first, second, and third generation Woodys were the doors and the style of "REO" (or not) stamping on them.

As far as fitting any RBA on the original Woodys..... unless they have been sex changed from 801 to 510 no 510 atty/carto, etc., will fit on them unless you use an 801-510 adapter. 801 to 510 adapters are notoriously leaky and bulky. I haven't had any luck using the 801-510 adapters, with satisfaction, with any atty/carto. I have several 801 native Wood (Original through Mini 2.0). I have resisted having them sex changed because I do like the 801 IKV attys............... But now that I have experience with the 510 RBAs I'm considering sex-changing all but a few very old 801 Woods. Robert is offering to upgrade Wood catch cups to fit most RBAs for a nomimal fee. I'm waiting for a bit, until I get any several more RBAs to decide whether/which to change from 801 to 510 and what size new brass catch-cups to use. (I no longer publish my REO collection numbers but be assured they are many.)

Again, not wanting to sound as smart-..., unless you have an old 801 connection Woody or special ordered Woodvil(s), with 801 connection, as a very few of us did no need to be concerned about whether REOmizer will fit them. A few original 801 were "sex changed" to 510 by Robert. I'm sorry to say that I haven't tried the REOmizer on most of my Woodvils so I can't report "fit." A few of my Mini Woodvils have slightly varying diameter catchcups. Until I can set aside some time to try the REOmizers on my collection I can't report "fit." Sorry. Robert will refit catchcups on Woods. I'm not sure if I want the catch-cups to be any larger on Mini Woodvil 1.0, as they, the Mini Woodvil 1.0, are so tiny. I'd rather find RBA that will fit them than put larger catch-cups on them.

Karen, Nerak, has a huge collection of Wood REOs AND she is much more organized than I am. The two people I, for sure, know about with 801 Woodvils (Newer style Woods) are Mudflap and yours truly. I think Lisa and Wayne have some 801 Woods. Nerak, Mudflap, and I are resisting sex-changing our 801s.

I think he called the first 510 box to leave his shop a Reo (thus, I call mine "ReoUno") but the first 801 was loving named by the master of porcupines as the clyde2(801). Obviously the latter was just a name for that one specific prototype mod.

Gave Sterno the 801 to get him onto vaping (used to visit him in the morning, and he coughed so hard in the morning it made ME hurt) and the Reo was given to a neighbor who :censored: with it. Managed to the get Reo back, thank God.

My chalice has a 1.7ohm coil, so it's going on my polished yellowjacket, while the Reoatty is staying on my VVG.

Reoatty has a slightly airier draw than the chalice, but it's exceptional for nice long drags. Really matches my polished VVG. Still on an extended first date with the Reoatty, but it's going gangbusters so far.

With a good rebuildable on top of my VVG, I'm in vaping Valhalla.

Now I just need to find a two Reo holster...

That looks sharp. Sometimes I wish I would have ordered a teak mini although the ebony is nice too. My office is decked out in teak furniture from the 60s. Is the teak on the mini getting redder with age?

Anyone know the size of the o-rings on the RBA? Would Home Depot sell them? I am going to lose one of these soon if I don't have a back up on hand.

I don't know the size.
Just wanted to mention that Robert has them on site. You might also want to pick up a couple of the screws when he gets them too.

Seems silly to put in an order for $1.00 worth of o-rings. I need to need something else there first and I am already well stocked. I wish I knew they were there when I ordered the Reomizers.

Hmmm.......Perhaps another Reomizer for backup is in my future to go with the o-rings and yes the screws.
