Public safety goes out the window when it comes to e-cigs? You don't think e-cigarettes should meet minimal safety standards?

I think you know that is just the camels nose under the tent. I prefer to not have the FDA restrict me to their favorite BT cigalike.

The FDA doesn't regulate electronics...

The proposed regulations that include all components used in e-cigs would include electronics. I know that your opinion differs with that as I have seen your arguments down below in the FDA Reg threads. I believe they would. Not going to re-argue that with you.

One problem is that we seldom hear any details of the devices that fail.
The other is the polls are usually written to get a desired result.
The articles are written my the uninformed.
That one was local and only hit their paper yesterday?
I wish I had more confidence in the responsibility of all users and all devices.

None, yet....

Vintage Vapor is a great place, them in south Austin, Craving Vapor on Burnett and Vapor Logic on Congress are about the only shops I still go into. Maybe AAV once in a while but that place is always too crazy busy, I refuse to take a number and wait for an hour to talk to someone.
So you have to be referring to Phoenix Vapor....regarding the lines[emoji38]

From a legal standpoint, only disposables can be considered an electronic cigarette... My ProVari are regulated battery tubes. The CPSC should regulate mods sold in the US...

JSYN - There is a Poll on the Ramona Sentinel site asking if e-Cigarettes should be Regulated?

Ramona's Community Paper Since 1886 | Ramona Sentinel

And right Now, the "Yes" people are Kicking the Snot out of the "No" People.

It is a Shame that 1 Mod Exploding could cause a Knee Jerk Reaction of Limiting or Restricting e-Cigarettes to people who want to Quit Smoking.

VOTED...Thx for pointing this out.
