We have 2 dogs (just lost two last year, both from seizures. Kira a 5 year old Black Cocker Spaniel and Exci a 14 year old apricot poodle)
The ones that are still left are MR. T - he is a 5# tiny toy black ( I am really a mastiff) male poodle. He was a rescue- he was thrown down some stairs as 3month old by his right back leg. When we first fostered him, he had both legs broken in 3 places and his right hip was crushed and the ball of the hip was seperated from the femur, like someone wound him up by his right leg and then let go, down the stairs. He was then placed in splits too long for his legs that made the bones grow bent backwards. His surgeries to fix everything was alittle more than $5000.00.
He was adopted out twice and returned to us twice. He is now ours and he adopted us. And here he stays, he sleeps with our daughter when she is home at her feet, under the covers. When she is gone, like she is now, he sleeps with Lori and won't move when I go to bed.
The 2nd one is Gizmo (she came from the Humane Society of Dona Ana county). She is about 12 years old, part poodle (chocolate), part terrier, part Pitbull. She is curly like a poodle, but don't let her get ahold of something you want she will not let go. We have had her for about 11 years, now. She got really heavy when we moved to Michigan, mostly because she has low thyroid. She's on meds for the rest of her life.
We had 6 Sugar gliders ( Just re-homed) I thought the ferrets are alot of work, I never imagined that these guys would be such hard work, hence why they are were re-homed. Jasper (Daddy and now fixed), Bob (Mother she had no tail), 2 babies (brother- now fixed) and sister and 2 in the pouch.
We presently have 8 Ferrets, all from our rescue, 4 we are keeping, since the oldest has been with us for 5.5 years.
By way of Age: Oldest to youngest.....
Bugz - male - Sable - almost 6
Kipper Dude - Male- black- almost 5
KC Sue- Female- White with black eyes - 3.3 - sick with adrenal disease
Flower- Female - Siamese- 3.2 ( up for adoption with Zoom zoom)

All of these are rescues except for KC and Twilight.
Last year we lost 2 dogs, 10 ferrets, 1 sugar glider all needed to be euthanized due to sickness or accidents.
So right now we have 8 ferrets and 2 dogs and a partridge in a pear tree.....sorry I thought I was singing LOL
