Beauty is in the eye of the Auro-holder. At that price, that was a gimme. I got 4 of 'em. Will I use them? WHO KNOWS.

(but if/when I do, be assured that I will hear "Scandal thinks they're ugly" every time)/QUOTE

of course you will LOL it's just too irresistible not to tinker! for lazy people like me, it takes vivi heads (kidneypuncher says only theirs work) but check out this mod by @bapgood - talk about kicking the rba into high gear !

Ya, it's a GG. It's engraved on the side, (just to make sure that we don't forget)

And, you can go crazy with GG stuff.

This is a ProVari.
@The Ocelot I tried to find the original post when Vince bought this. It's when I fell in love with the Siam mod DT & went on a worldwide web search for it.
Sadly I don't remember our Sloths ECF name.

I'm a newcomer to the Tootle Puffer thread and don't know if this has already been discussed here, but I was wondering if those here who buy their juices premade have ever given their opinions on the juices they buy from a Tootler's point of view. I wasted a lot of money ordering juices when I first started vaping that had gotten decent reviews only to get them and have them not be at all what I was expecting. Took me a while to figure out that the taste of a juice varies widely depending upon the reviewer's vape equipment. It would be nice to share opinions with others here that have favorite juices that taste good and vape well on lower watt/higher resistance coil setups.

I was only interested in the 24K gold. Had to go all the way to Italy by way of Google for it. ;)

I' m quite familiar with Wlad's juices, if you like a tobacco flavor base Caramel Wildwood and Smooth Criminal aka Godfather are pretty good in a mini PT single coil or mini PT3 with a bdc but they require a looong steeping time. Not a big fan of his fruit flavors on my equipment though, too weak tasting for me.

Taste is so subjective not only to equipment but to personal taste as well. I know what you mean when you say you bought juice based on reviews that tasted nothing like they claimed to me only to hand over my device to my son who said wow this tastes just like that! Like I always wanted a great coffee vape and since everyone was raving about a certain one I got it and swear to you even after letting it sit and steep as recommended I only taste a barest hint of coffee on exhale but the main taste is very un-coffee not pleasant to me at all. I think it is so hard to recommend juices to anyone, really. I have a few I love from certain venders and have always liked gourmet vapors because it is kinda DIY but they DIY it for you :)

I guess I am just odd but I have trouble understanding how a person will pay $50+ for a tank and then use perfumy tasting ejuice in it.
Kinda like getting a Lambourghini and filling it up with 87 octane. But maybe others do not taste the perfumy aspect of the juices.

I prefer using a $2 tank and putting good no aftertaste juice in it.

Flavors being so subjective means 50 people can be vaping the exact same juice & all 50 will taste something different.

I used to buy juice based on other people raving about it, and had the same perfumey experience. Or total lack of flavor, or weird aftertaste. :nah:

I've finally found a small number of vendors that make juice I like, and only occasionally venture out to try something new.

A lot of people like "chocolate" or cocoa vapes... and I seem to be almost completely unable to taste chocolate in a vape at all. It'll smell great, just like a chocolate bar or cup of cocoa... but to me it has no chocolate taste whatsoever. I don't understand it at all, but I guess it's fortunate that I'm not a "chocoholic" as my husband is. I have a DIY I call "Smocha"... and chocolate is a fairly high percentage of the totoal flavoring, but I don't really taste it, it just makes it taste "creamy" and softens the coffee bite. Someone else tried that recipe and chocolate was all they could taste, despite the coffee flavors and vanilla, and some tobacco absolute in the recipe.

...OH I should probably clarify my son is a 26 yo adult LOL wouldn't want anyone thinking I was handing my device off to a kid. I was in the phone store the other day and said offhandedly to the long winded sales person that I had to go because I left my son in the car mannnnnnn she went right over to the door to look and said OMG I thought it was a child you left alone! o_O

I'm certainly a low watts vaper and found NLV was cheaper and better than most higher priced blends on the market awhile back. Though I've played with some newer brands and enjoy some, my taste and budget keep me with NLV.

I find the NLV blends pleasantly robust and that tiny touch of tobacco is so smooth, most don't even know it is there...yet it's part of what makes them just right. I am particularly fond of their blends such as Bounty Hunter and Gold (and more). The liquid is something like a 60pg/40vg mix that I find to be a great balance.

NLV also has several nice fruit flavors -- all with a bit of a twist, that keeps them fresh tasting, not overly sweet, or cloying. This week I'm enjoying the mild touch of Mango Beach, when I'm not vaping my #1 -- GOLD or another of the NLV offerings.

I have been vaping for 3.5 years and I consider myself lucky. We had such limited access to Eliquid in the beginning, that you found something early and stuck with it. Although I tinker I really have 3 eliquids that I vape everyday. I know what they tastes like, none are impacted by what I eat or drink and if I want a change or have a hankering for something completely different I suck a sugarless lolly. Cheaper than Eliquid and tastes the same.

Thanks for sharing tearose, I've read good things about Bounty Hunter and Gold. I realize that taste is a very subjective thing, but if the juices' flavor profile interests me I would tend to give someone's review of it a bit more weight if I know they're vaping it on a setup similar to mine. :thumb:

I did the lolly thing a lot when I first started vaping, it helped me get through vaper's tongue episodes.

I'm a BIG fan of NLV juice! :) They have nice full flavors, they work well with any device I've put them in, and somehow magically they don't clog coils as fast as other juice.
