Guys, since we're talking, attys for a tootle puffer? Most have too much air and I build my coils anywhere from .8 to 1 ohm (mostly 26 ga Kanthal).

The Tugboat is one, specially the V2 with the air control. I think the other one is the Vertex V2. Any more you could think of? Thanks!

I tried the Magma and no, not for me.

Origen Dripper V2, much flavor and you can dial the air flow right down.

I'm a Tootle Puffer, always have been.... And... I voted today! (up to 39% as of my vote)

Here's my latest Tootle Acquisition. It's a Sat22 Clone that's got 5 wraps of 32ga K1 on SS mesh coming in at 1.48 ohms.
s2f82e.jpg

I'm running it on my Ant mod with an 18350 and it clocks in at between 9 watts to 10 1/2 watts of Tootle Puffy Goodness ;)

For a <22mm RTA, you can't beat the classic IGO L.

USA shipped - $9.95 plus shipping
    Youde UD IGO-L Rebuildable Atomizer

    China shipped - $5.36 - free shipping
$5.36 IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer - double heating wires / 1.6ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

For a 22mm RTA, I haven't found anything more versatile than my Veritas clone. The chamber/topcap design makes for awesome flavor. Wide open, it's a somewhat restrictive lung hit. I can tighten it down for a VERY restrictive MTL. Its design provides high leak resistance. The juice well is very large, holding approximately 2ml+ in cotton/rayon. It's slightly challenging to build with dual-vertical coils. A single horizontal (my preferred build @ 1.2Ω) is a piece of cake, however. (The below reviews show single-horizontal builds.)

Drawbacks? Because of the design, you can't easily drip through the driptip opening but it's possible. You can easily drip through the airflow hole if mostly open. The top cap is easy to remove, however. The large juice well means I can "fill" the atty and vape fairly hard for about an hour.

Most don't come with a driptip. So be prepared to supply your own. Most tootle puffers would not like the tip that came with mine anyway. I'm sure there are other T-P RTAs but I stopped looking after vaping the Veritas. Good luck!

I hope there are some Eliquid manufacturers paying attention to these polls! Tootle puffers are buying your juice and paying your rent!!! I am so tired of hearing how in order to get the best flavor from their fabulous juice, I need to vape the juice on a triple twisted neon coil with Japanese silkworm wicks at .001 ohms and 40 watts or higher! DANG!!!!
As I have said before, I am trying to replace smoking -- not fog up the stage for a Bon Jovi concert. I never would have stuck five cigarettes in my mouth to try and get more "CLOUD"!!!

Amen to that Nanny, I'm tired of getting emails pushing these sub-ohmer specialty juices. Nuttin' wrong with bein' a sub-ohmer but not all of us crank our watts so high that we can't vape juices that have more than 3 mg of nic or have our juice so thick that there's no way you're gonna get more than a day or two's worth of vaping out of a coil before it's completely gunked.

Amen to all that -- I do have rewick every other day, my juice is so gunky, and it's a huge pain. I'm working on reducing the amount of flavoring I use, so it's not such a bad problem, but I'm pretty sure that my love of sweetness probably means that gunk will continue to be somewhat of a problem, even if I can get the flavoring down to the 20% I'm aiming for.

And I'm thinking that all those emails and newsletters means that I need to discontinue my MadVapes newsletters -- I don't give a rip about 3mg juice or 100w mods, and that's all they ever seem to advertise.

Love my iGo L, I agree with you, great vape. I enlarged the airhole to 1.2 and it's a fog machine. I'll do more research, thanks!

Filled one of the T3's up with DIY FC blueberry-sweet and it vipes nice. A stiffer draw than the Evods but ok and I will need to rewick with a cotton wick. The stock 1.8 silica leaves a bit to be desired.
Have to see about increasing the airflow a bit after rewickiing.

I really liked the IGO-L Rebuildables those and the Phoenix and A7 (a little harder to build on) were all the rage a bit back and still great! I still have quite a few of each probably from some coops. I don't rebuild any more but they are good to have around if blister packs are ever outlawed

If any of your stock 510 Kayfun drip tips will fit on the Derringer or stuck inside it's built on drip tip. Should cut down the air flow by quite a bit.
    kit-drip510-frame-080_1.jpg

Those won't cut down your airflow more, they are really for cooling down hot vapor for sub ohmers...at least every one I have seen

Yeah, I went browsing all the different AFC driptips after I posted that, and came to same conclusion, that they won't help, that I really need a driptip with a very small hole. I did try a kayfun driptip, TD, and that worked pretty well, but.. I just can't stand the way those look, they remind me of baby-bottle nipples. :D I'm thinking of getting another "genie" driptip for it, a black one, because that one really does have a small opening, and they're also pretty dang tall, so that gives me some distance from the hot coil. I think that may be my best solution.

Can't figure out why everyone was saying the Derringer has "restricted" air flow if you use just one hole... it's not true; I've got the barest edge of just one hole showing, and I can't feel any resistance in the draw AT ALL, just none, it's like trying to "smoke a straw." I'm really disappointed. So far, of RDAs, only the Magma seems really suited to tootling. I find the Veritas a *little* too airy, even with the barest edge of airhole showing, but I think it might also be helped with a driptip that has a skinny hole. But I like the Magma's architecture the best; with an o-ring under the AFC ring, you can remove the threaded cap without disturbing the AFC setting, and that is TERRIFIC. With the others, you have to readjust the AFC everytime you take the cap off, and it's a pain. Think I'll just get another Magma, maybe a black one this time.
