Everytime I think I've found the dest vape there is a new one comes up that's better so I now leave myself open to new and improved.

Heh... just like I've learned to "never say never", about vaping. Except I'm pretty sure I'll never be a cloud chaser, because of my asthma -- if my lungs would let me get away with it, I'd at least try it, but knowing how I reacted to the first couple RDAs I tried (coughing up 1.5 lung), I think I'll continue being a 10w 1.5Ω tootler forever. :)

This may be the entire problem. I was unable to find the "FA thread" to which Robert referred. TFA (The Flavor Apprentice) flavorings, IME, require twice the percentages (or more) as FA (FlavourArt) flavorings. Banana ripe is one of the TFA flavorings that I do still use. FA's banana is awesome but tastes a little "greener". I generally mix the two 50/50 for use in recipes. FA's banana prevents TFA's ripe banana from tasting candyish.
It is the Flavor Apprentice. This is the link, but I mixed flavors at 1/4 of the strengths listed in the thread and still were horrible with perfumy and aftertaste.

and the Inawera melon had the same issues.
The Flavor Apprentice Banana ripe is not too bad, but not fantastic. Can probably use it.

Still have 4 to try yet.
My experience so far has not made me eager to try them.

Also issues with Flavor West black cherry and Flavor apprentice Watermelon, and I love FC watermelon it and blueberry are my main vapes.

Hmm after 35 or so years of smoking I can still blow clouds if I want to. Tried out a friends big ol dripper .2 ohm 22 ga wire I think on a big ol mech mod. Lungs full to the bottom and blew out huge cloud. Do I lose my card for a one time transgression? No coughing or anything. The 19 yr old was impressed. Me not so much, will just keep on tootling.]]

The vape was pretty horrible some kind of mentholated fruty stuff. He just raved about it though. Took me 1/4 tank of blueberry tootling to get the taste cleared out.

Another question... Rebuildables for tootle puffers? The Kayfun is the original, the Squape Reloaded is the second (love the AF dial) and I'm wondering about the Taifun GTII (I keep writing typhoon, had to go look it up). I won't touch tanks like the Lemo, although it's readily available here, but the size of that chimney speaks "LOTS of air"

I absolutely love my lemo drop and tootle puff on it all day long. You can adjust the air down to almost nothing and I vape a 1.1 coil at 12 watts with no issues. I alternate between the lemo drop and 3 gs airs and they all work wonderfully for tootle puffing. :vapor:

That's the first thing I've heard about the Lemo Drop to make me think I might actually like it -- mostly I've heard about the 'righteous cloudz bro' and suchlike which makes me run in the opposite direction! :D So the Lemo can tootle tightly? Single coil?

I highly recommend giving FlavourArts a try. Eliquidmart sells 5ml bottles cheap and carries most varieties. I was getting frustrated with DIY until I stumbled across the FA products.

Absolutely, but, as you mentioned, with the proper wicking, you can chain vape clouds to your hearts content. Me I have the airflow dialed way down and enjoy it as my main tootle puffer device. :vapor:

The Taifun GT v1 & v2 are both great tootling tanks! @billherbst was just extolling the virtues of the GT v2 on the iStick thread. I've copied his post below. His combining of separate parts provides a somewhat smaller & lighter GT v2 for under $10, shipped! The original Taifun GT II is on the large side.
I do the same but backwards: I buy the original base and chimney, and use aftermarket tubes. No need to buy everything original.

Don't they have the cylinder with holes and some wrappy stuff around them or is that the new eleaf mega and mini mega tanks?
The Evods and T3s are a breeze to rebuild. Not so much on those wrappy things.

any source on the wrappy stuff. ONe vid I watched said it was non woven gauze that he used... But no source for it.

@Cheechako posted a video of a GS Air head rebuild. It actually looks easier than Kanger's heads.

Linky to the vid? Please.
It's in my blog you can get to by clicking my Avatar, it is silent, no need to hear me mumble through a rebuild.
It's painful enough to watch! :)
So far, it is the only video out there...
