Hey Uncle, even though she can't make herself admit it, it was the inner beauty that attracted me, not the hot bod. I think that most women have been programmed to believe you must look sexy, act sexy (and all that BS) to attract the guys. Then, when they get a little older and the sands of time run downhill (you all know where of I speak), they think we can't possibly find them attractive any more. To me, it has always been what is in her heart and head.

P.S. Your surname, by the way, is the same as my mother's maiden name. I wonder if we are distant relations?

But, I'm also getting really tired of tootle puffers acting like the only way to tootle puff is to pop coils out of blisterpacks, which is why i've been spending a lot more time in the mod-wompers thread lately. They don't judge.

Honestly - NOT - Judging in any way shape or form . . . More importantly, didn't mean it that way at all . . . I have learned a lot from "You" and others concerning what is possible, including some very informative "How Tos" too - which is a very good thing . . . However, Personally - IMO - the discussions about coils and rebuilding coils have really taken over the thread all to often and very little is being discussed about the different equipment that is also available to "Tootle Puffers" and what might also work for them too - that's all . . . So if people only want to talk about coils and rebuilding so be it . . . I'll continue reading and scrolling those post that don't "speak" to my interest as I have before . . . Hopefully - "We're" Good . . .

As for the surname - could be, from what I understand there are a lot of "Us" . . . "We" are even related to the Baron of that area in our homeland too (BTW: Think "We" need to take this conversation elsewhere - PM "Me" & "We'll" talk more). . . Just Sayin' . . .

Tobecos are my favorites, because you can adjust the 510 screw to make it longer if you need to, without it causing the mounting block to get loose

That and my subtank mini are the only ones Ive been "brave" enough to work with but I promise @AllElseFailed these guys know their stuff and its not hard when/if you get ready to make that change... and if it never turns out to be "for you" you'll still be in great company!

If I find my husband staring at me as I change clothes, I ask him what in god's name he's staring at, aren't there any topless women on cable? He just says "But you're my WIFFEY."

This is basically what a Dyno cell looks like, and we stay outside as much as possible when testing. The DB level inside can be well beyond what is considered safe.

I've heard anything over 90 dB is not "safe." That dyno room is probably... what?.. 140 dB inside with that engine at full throttle?

Ah, "modern" USAF. I was indeed USAF, but 1967-1973. Pre-computer, no climate models, and satellites were only just starting. We actually plotted maps and analyzed them. Back then, we simply used Wx to imply "weather" or AWS (for Air Weather Service, a sub of MAC). I was a...gawd, can I even remember this? 35370! That AFSC (air force specialty code) meant staff sergeant weather forecaster. I was also NCOIC (non-commisioned officer in charge) of the mobile weather unit (as a weather observer) until they sent me back to school to become a forecaster.
