I have a couple of those rdas. I’m just not a big rda user except for testing flavors. I just got the baron set up with the coils and cotton included with it. It’s good flavor but not really exceptional. It’s got a neat ring around the outside of the deck with different air holes. You can tell that a lot of thought went into it. I’ve been more than happy with the geekvape products I’ve used.

Eightvape marked the rda down to $5. Perfect for testing flavors. I bought one in every color so I could assign each color to a flavor profile. Just have to get Himself to make a stand for them

I had an emaill from a seller yesterday that said ebay isn't allowing sales of vape related items. Anyone hear this?
They haven't allowed it for quite a while now,it doesn't stop people from selling the stuff though. They will delete the listings if they find them or someone reports them, but there are 1000's of listings there,so it would take quite a while for them to delete all of them.

Unless you bought a couple dozen, we’re not even yet! To me, the flavors good, sinfully easy to build, and leak proof. I keep forgetting it’s not a tank and stick the mod sideways in my pocket .

In the US that has been in place awhile. In other areas of the world, depending on laws, it is allowed. They fill out a form to sell it. I sell on ebay and do not sell anything vape related. I know a lot of folks do and I know that ebay can't keep up with it but I've had my account a long time and am a top rated seller and do not want to get banned.

I actually just looked it up and they changed it again - some US sellers can sell - wow
    Tobacco and smoking accessories policy
    Allowed in some situations

    Selling e-cigarettes on eBay

Generally, e-cigarettes may not be sold on eBay. However, we do allow certain pre-approved sellers to list e-cigarettes, Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), and e-liquids on the US eBay website (eBay.com) provided they follow federal, state, local, and other applicable laws and regulations. This policy is applicable to those approved sellers, and buyers who transact with them.

    Approved e-cigarette sellers

Pre-approved sellers must comply with the following requirements:

    • Listings must be in the following category: Health & Beauty > Electronic Cigarettes
    • Listings must include a link to our tobacco and smoking accessories policy page:
      Tobacco and smoking accessories policy
    • Use a shipping service that will verify, upon delivery, that the buyer or recipient is at least 21 years old
    • Include the following disclaimer within the listing description:
"I will not sell e-cigarettes and related products to persons that are under 21 years old"
    • Include the FDA required health warning statements on the packaging and within the listing description
    • Offer delivery and sales within the US only
    • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and delivery of these products
    E-cigarette buyers

In order to purchase e-cigarettes, ENDS, or e-liquids from pre-approved sellers, buyers must meet the following requirements:

    • Be at least 21 years old
    • If the recipient is not the buyer, the buyer must make sure that the recipient is at least 21 years old
    • Make sure that the transaction complies with all applicable laws
Requirements for e-cigarette transactions on eBay

Be sure to meet all the following terms and conditions when buying or selling e-cigarettes, ENDS, or e-liquids on eBay. These terms and conditions may change over time and it is your responsibility to visit these pages to see if and how it may have changed, so that you can remain compliant.

    1. Limitation of liability: Both buyer and seller expressly acknowledge and agree that eBay shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits (however arising, including negligence) resulting from or in connection with the sale of property on the eBay site
    2. Representations and warranties:
      • Each seller represents and warrants that:
        • The seller has the right, power, and authority to sell the product
        • The recipient (and buyer if different from the recipient) has proven he or she is 21 years of age or older prior to delivery
        • The transaction will comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
      • Each buyer represents and warrants that:
        • The buyer is at least 21 years old
        • The recipient of the e-cigarette is at least 21 years old
        • The transaction will comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
    3. Indemnification: The seller is solely responsible for compliance with all laws associated with the sale of e-cigarettes, ENDS, or e-liquids. The seller indemnifies eBay of all responsibility and liability associated with this sale. It is therefore the seller's sole discretion as to whether to complete the transaction based on the seller's ability to ensure that the transaction is in compliance with all laws associated with the sale of e-cigarettes, ENDS, or e-liquids
    4. Age: Product shipped by the seller requires the recipient to be in possession of photo identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older. Buyer, if different from recipient, must also show proof of age

I ordered the Orion and a couple packs of pods, so no problem with wrong items. Hope you get it straightened out.

As far as stocking up - I was more concerned with equipment that I was with nicotine and flavoring so I made sure I learned how to build coils. Once I got that down, I've gobbled up some RTA tanks on sale and quite a number of boxes. I truly believe that I have enough boxes, tanks and premade coils to outlast me -- and it is not like I have a ton but definitely enough. My next mission is to grab a hold of a decent amount of nic and put it in the freezer. I figure I can always get a hold of VG, flavoring and batteries.

Not me. I ordered from them twice and all was OK. They send friendly emails - are they OK to deal with as far getting the issues corrected.

I bought a lot of stuff from them. My issue was about a mod not working. Many emails later with no resolution, I gave up on them. I finally figured out the problem which was it takes a very fast 5 clicks to power on this particular mod. I have trouble clicking that fast with arthritic hands. You would think they would have known about the fast clicks or offered some solution. Generally, I am not impressed with their CS and doubt I will order from them again.

Good luck, hope you get it resolved.

This strikes me as backwards. Mods can easily be made locally, by an informal cottage industry. Atties are more difficult, requiring decent CNC machining capabilities, but if one were to use several different machine shops for the different parts needed, it's unlikely that any of them would recognize what the parts are for. And China Inc. will happily sell you both even if they're banned; they'll just describe them as something innocuous on the customs paperwork.

Nicotine is by far the easiest thing for the FDA to shut down. Extracting it from tobacco is not easy, especially if you want a high-quality product that doesn't have a off taste. If/when the FDA shuts it down, I'm sure there will be a informal market for it too, but it will be very expensive, and the quality will be questionable. Thus for anyone inclined to stockpile, nicotine should be their first priority.

Indications are that I'm heading for a similar conclusion.

Well my plan is if the FDA does outlaw vaping, I'll just meet up with this guy...

If it is a cc or paypal transaction, I would dispute it. Heck, I think just threatening them with it might get them moving.
