I went on a bit of a buying spree lately, adding some squonking, minifits, subohm stuff and accessories to the stockpile. Strange coincidence, I've had problems with three orders within the last week!
First, a shipment from Fasttech came in with the package torn open and retaped with about half of the order missing - about $35 worth. No way to identify where or when that happened, my first problem with a Fasttech order ever. Then a shipment from a Central Iowa Vapors arrived missing one RX75 mod. They've had great customer service in the past so I'm expecting this gets cleared up. Lastly, a small order for two bottles of liquid from E Juice Vapor, a new vendor to me, ends up with one bottle out of stock after an email saying the order was on it's way. They didn't refund the additional shipping.
More order problems in the last week than the first eight years. I think it's a message to stop this binge of shinyitis and get back to yard work!
Update: E Juice Vapor did refund the additional shipping after I contacted them.

This happened to me once in over 300 orders from ft.
Firstly. Take a photo of the packaging and list all items missing. Write a description of how it was clearly opened and resealed.
Put a ticket into ft and a complaint into your postage carrier with the above photo and description with list of missing items and prices.
Ft tickets can take between 24 &72 hrs but they will get back to you.
Most likely they will ask for your postal delivery company to send a completed claim form, which of course your postal courier will see itself too important to do.
Let your postal service know what is expected and when they finally email back with your complaint number send these e-mails of what your courier requires back to fastech.
It may take a couple of attempts but ft will offer to send the missing items or refund.
Your courier will almost certainly be to blame as ft will have a photo of your package leaving the hands of the Chinese postal service intact.
Your postal service however will have a big black hole, lol.
Be polite and persevere with ft. There is a language barrier involved so it can take a few messages to get sorted, but they will sort it. Ultimately it will be the American (it was royal mail with mine) post suppliers responsibility to pay up. Ft will chase them for recompense.
