That Luxotic is so good and at that great price, I should have gotten about 10. I do have two but hmmm. For 5.99,who can beat that? I use mine as a regular mod, haven't even squonked with it yet. Mainly because I can't find a BF rda that I like. The Tengu isn't bad but that really is a dual coil, more sub ohm type than I like.

--when I click 5 times it flashes around the button and turns off, same for on

Yeah, mine does not light up I got mine from vapenw and there is no mention of protections on their site. Oh well, it was only $5.99 compared to $39.99 on VaporDNA, I can forgo the protections for that much of a price difference. @*RJ* does your black one light up?

There is a drop down box on the page with a caret arrow that lists how many of each are in stock. We’ll see. My gut was giving me bad vibes for Smokly but my gut seemed happy with 3avape. My gut is mostly right. I should listen to my gut more.

Mine are from Vapenw also. Are you sure it doesn't light up? It is hard to see in bright light. Press it 3 times and watch for the light behind the button. did you get resin or black?

Have you tried the ammit mtl rda or vapefly galaxies mtl rdta (it has a squonk pin in the kit)? I'm restricted dl, both of them have been solid performers (and supposed to be quite decent for true mtl).

OMG, I am such an idiot. When I tried it the first time, I was in the kitchen and it was bright with sun coming in the window. Today I am in my office and it is overcast. I had to look closely but it lights up! lol I am so dumb sometimes. Thank you!

On the luxotic, try installing the battery backwards. Does it still fire?

If it didn't fire you definitely have protections. Reverse polarity protection is pretty standard in any of the protected quasi-mechs, very simple.

I have tracked it down. The Luxotic is a regulated, not mechanical mod. If you watch this vid at about 1:40 in, Jai Haze says it.

I love both of these and would add the Vapefly Holic rda -it has been great for me. Airflow options from tight mtl to restrictive DL. Easy deck to build on, doesn’t leak at all. (One of the few rdas I’ll stick in a pocket).

I got 2 of the resin, I love the way they look, but as someone pointed out ( @markfm maybe?) the doors are a tiny bit warped, but they do attach ok.

I have not purchased from them before, so I cannot say for sure. But I think that is the one that @*RJ* tried to order from and they were out of stock but have not updated it on their website.

Thanks, that galaxies might be a contender. How different is it from the Berserker?

I had never tried a mesh rta before I got the unity. The flavor is great! I went ahead and ordered a second one for back up and have mesh and cotton for it coming from FT.
