Mine have been good for 3-4 years, so I normally will get a 120ml of main flavors I’m going to use all the time, if I can get it. No more than 30mls of most background flavors though.
Not directing this at you, @Haktuspit, but some people seem to be confused about what we mean when we say flavor ban. Flavors themselves are safe. The sites we get them from are already rebranding, changing their name, stopping stocking nic, or even closing. But we’ll still get flavors. Flavor ban only applies to juice with flavor in it, not the flavors themselves.
For long term glass with flat caps. I did use dropper tops on some and they did not hold up, so flat caps only.
If any of you are into Kanger Subtanks, I ran across this link for the 25 mm version for $3.49. For that price, you could put a lot of them in your vapocalypse storage. I don't know anything about this vendor, though.

Ugh more decanting, no thanks! I haven't even done my nic yet. I'll stick with the 16 oz bottle which should last me around 3.6 year and just keep it in a dark place.
@DeloresRose Yes I'm aware. This was more of an economical question as the gallon is a lot cheaper but if there's issues with long term storage I don't want a bottle of flavor sitting around for 29 years. Still worth repeating for all the lurkers.

My shipment from Central Vapors that showed as out for delivery on the 1st arrived today, one day after I submitted it through the USPS online support form. Where it went for that dozen days? Who knows, but I now have a bunch of interesting premade clapton coil varieties so it's a shiny day here! To top it off, my Fasttech order for coils, shim/spacers and glass arrived intact! Two little orders but much peace of mind.

Cool, dark closet. I’ve heard people say 5 years or so on some flavors still fine, but say other flavors start changing after 3. Id ask on the DIY thread about the particular flavor
For long term storage the potential issue is leaching from the cap/seal being in contact with the liquid over an extended period.Sorry for asking but on some things my memory is about as long as a toothpick, does anyone put their 8 oz. bottles with the cone cap of nic on its side in the freezer without leaking? If so I can cram another liter in there.

I'll just keep ordering this same size and quantity that way my oldest bottle will be 1.8 years old.
