Somewhere out there
Can anyone recommend a good "Lemon" flavor ??

These I've tried, and they all fade on me.
Lemon Cake TFA-VZ-HS-NF-INA
Lemon Cookie-TFA
Lemon Meringue Pie TFA-CAP-FW
Lemon Sicily FA
Even the Lemonade wasn't good LA-FW-RF
I absolutely love lemon, and some start out yummy, but then it's downhill from there.
I haven't bought any flavoring for a couple of years, and I'm hoping they have a good one out now days with all the new company's that jumped in.
Thought I should ask now ...while I can still buy flavorings
I just got Lemon pound cake and Juicy lemon from Nicotine River, both bright lemon flavors. I think mixed together would be a nice lemony cake flavor.

*FE lemon, awesome, doesn't fade, bright, nice mix of natural & candy
*VT sour lemon, needs a decent steep of 10-14 days but so worth the wait, pairs beautifully with any other lemons, great as an additive to help berries pop
*VT lemon meringue tart, brighter lemon, little lacking in crust but a good one shot or mixer
*WF lemon squares, lemon is close to a curd, nice sweet crust, reminds me of chesscake, creamy
*MF lemon, ultra, more a compliment to other lemons for me, expensive but 0.3-0.5% is about as high you'll use it in any mix
*TFA lemon and lemon mix paired are quite lovely for a lemonade or yogurt, I like to use them with the VT sour lemon
Frankly if I could only have two lemons they would be the VT sour and the FE. On another note the CAP LMP holds up well in a mix, just need to add another lemon for a boost. If you like a sweet lemon SA lemon meringue is very good. If you like a dryer lemonade FLV is good.

I know--my family is pretty much evenly divided... One kid is all Mac and iPhone, the other hates Apple and is all Android (now Pixel, Samsung and blackberry before) and Lenovo laptop. :) DH is all android, too. I have a PC, an iPhone and an iPad.

I'm so used to my iPhone.

*sigh*
For years I was android/pc based at work, and all Apple at home. Our first home computer in ‘87 was an Apple. I had a couple of Dell laptops before my first Apple one in 2002. To me, Apple is easier to negotiate/navigate. I was the one who kept our PCs running/updated in the lab, so I’m not inept with them... I just prefer Apple’s OS. It makes more sense to me. I’m all for whatever is less frustrating and time consuming to operate. At least you’re lucky that fam members have both an android and a pixel... you can give them each a test run. I really think that’s the easiest way to find out which one suits you best.

I only use FA Lemon Sicily--but I'm a minimalist in the flavor dept, and I often vape unflavored. I use this lemon with FA Custard (at very low percetages) for a mild, custardy/lemony vape. FA's limes are also nice.

HIC's flavor notes:

"FA Lemon Sicily Limoncello lemon liqueur or Italian ice flavor. This lemon flavoring can be enjoyed all by itself - fresh, crisp, bright, a little sweet. It’s not candy-sweet, not sour or bitter, not harsh, floral, or artificial tasting. Add your favorite fruit flavor to 3-4% Lemon Sicily for flavored lemonade, maybe with a little Polar Blast for the cool effect. Add 1% Lemon Sicily to fruity mixes to help separate the flavors and brighten the overall vape. Mixes perfectly with FA Custard for creamier, sweeter lemon flavor. Lemon Sicily becomes a sharp flavor around 4%; some people will taste lemon rind at that point. FA Torrone can boost that zesty note, as can FA Aurora."

I copied and saved a bunch of YouTube videos in 2016, think I will have to do more now. It would be a disaster to loose the info out there.
I was just thinking the same thing about the mech use/maintenance blog on here. I’m afraid by the time I’m back to tube mechs, I’ll have forgotten the nitty gritty. I’ve also been printing out mine and saved recipes on ELR, as well as flavors notes. At one time I had a list of all the flavors that told which were ok for vaping and which were not. I’d like to find it to print for reference as the flavor vendors seem to be trying to at least give the appearance of not being vape related

ELR has a good list of the flavors to avoid. Believe it's somewhere in the resource pages.

I think I should be good for a few years unless another wave of "shinyitis" hits me or they make sales of PG/VG and flavors illegal.

- Everyone . . . Really appreciate the suggestions . . .

Looks as though the consensuses is the - Samsung 25R/Samsung 30Q . . . :D

I’m taking my chances on Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales on batteries.

Originally, that is exactly what I was waiting for too . . . However, I'm going to take the opportunity to get a few now, just to make sure I have a couple of them in the "Stash" . . . Especially since the prices are not bad, only wish there was a discount code or free shipping . . . And - Then wait to see If a really GREAT SALE comes along then . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

Kind of ironic but I don't really have much left to buy with Black Friday coming up. I've already stocked up and already bought my Christmas gifts. Won't even feel that bad if BF/CM deals are crazy, stocking up early while our future was unknown day to day was piece of mind.

I do have those 3 Wotofo Serpents sitting in a cart that I'd like a Black Friday deal on. I subscribed to their newsletter.

I separated my mods from my tanks and accessories. Putting it all into two tubs helped me realistically understand everything I actually have stored.

I also took a few mods out of the plastic so I could handle them. It is better to see the mods than a bunch of boxes. I am particularly impressed with the Squid DB. I chose Army Green. Forgive the obvious pun but it is heavy as a tank. I like that in a mod. Feels incredibly durable.

Also for the first time I held my Drag 2. It is truly a beautiful device, and the tank it came with, while I will likely never stock on coils for it, will be good to have in the stash as one of the many backups. Perhaps I may see if there is an RBA deck available for it.

Still have a Topside, Luna, and Jackaroo (will be my second) on the way. The Topside I plan to put into rotation ASAP. The Luna and Jackaroo will go into the box.

Now that I am so pleased with the Wotofo Serpent I will pack away my FireLuke mesh and all of the coils I have stocked for it. The FireLuke will be good for times when I don’t feel like I will be able to maintain a build on the Serpent.

We are having some really heavy times with my MIL’s health right now. She has taken a stark turn for the worse. Still holding out hope that treatment may work. Having my vaping stuff and this site is an amazing distraction, and knowing she supports it makes me feel good about it.

When the rest of my orders come in, I will likely reorganize again. I think we here all knew I was bound to end up with more than one tub of stuff. :)

When and I say “when” and not “if” you pull the trigger on those Serpents you will NOT regret it. Never in my vaping life have I ever made such an easy transition from using a drop in coil subohm tank to an rta. The design on this thing is really foolproof, myself being the fool. :D

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
I use it for calls, texting the hubby once a day, and scanning foods with the WW app at the grocery to see how they fit the diet. It would not be a huge stretch for me to go back to a flip phone.
I use my phone like a mini laptop... My old smart phones are storage back ups or hold information I don't want on an active cellphone. I can't remember...but I think my current cellphone is equal or better than my first computer.. I had a Windows 98 I was always tweaking back in the day 20 years ago.. I barely remember all the html stuff I used to write- if I don't use it I lose it hahaha.. Bad habit from short term memory hacks & speed reading
