Are you done stocking up?

I think stocking tanks that have parts available is a good bet, or the ones you buy extra bases for is a good bet. I noticed one KFL+ I have has an insulator that looks a bit wonky. I have parts so can fix it, but insulators are a weak area.

I agree! The Coppervape Dvarw MTL RTA has a ton of parts available like spare glass, bases, insulators, o-rings and more. That, and the incredible flavor it provides are the reasons I chose it as my main vapocalypse tank, but I have many other tanks as well. Once all of my current China orders ship, I'll have six Dvarws, but I may decide to get more as well.

Yes. I use them on all my mods. They minimize wear on the mod 510, and in my case are useful to add a lanyard.

I sometimes add a small oring on the male side of the adapter, so the adapter/mod connection is tighter than the adapter/tank connection.

Man you ever have One of Those days. i am havnig one. Everything that could go wrong this am DID (think, like spilling my coffee TWICE) my hip aches. I just want to buy EVERYTHING to take my mind off my problems.

I think I've killed enough mods to carrion 510 connections from them.

Good thing I am a hoarder. I just purchased for my Secret Santa ugh. I hate that work cheer stuff.

Oh well, I am just NOT cheerful. LOL.

I was going to make a thread with the teardown of the Luxotic bf squonk mod, but it looks like between the leak fix video @Pigs and @BigPappa posted, and some fasttech threads I found, it's not necessary. Here are the links to some of the info I found.

I've decided that the one mod I was using when it leaked is not worth the risk of an autofire. I'm going to gut it and use the box for a mechanical squonk mod conversion later on. The other 6 (lol) will get fixed the right way before I consider them safe, by removing the pin and sealing it in, instead of just trying to seal the outside. (Sigh)

Yeah I did the pin removal thing on one of mine. It's a slippery little devil but fine needle nose plyers work ok

personally I think 510 adapters that are 510 to 510 are critical in the stash. As an alternative the ability to change out a mods 510 connector. I have stripped them before making a mod useless. Not something most think of but having that experience taught me a hard lesson. I loved that silly little mod.
Are there squonk ready 510-510 adapters?

nvm … answered already

Yes, though it takes more looking to dig them up. Search on 510 extender.

Avidvaper and several other stores I've used before are only showing the sealed (non-squonk) versions right now.

The Ego threading doesn't add that much size. OD of the threaded section appears to be slightly under 12 mm.

Skullkandy Alchemist with the galaxies mtl rdta on the left, Armor Prime on the right.

Just to be sure, these 510-ego are similar to 510-510 except for the outside threads, right?
Do they leak at the connections when used on a squonker?
