I bought an Indulgence, sounded like a good flexible device. The voltage drop was so bad I could barely get a vape from my cartos. I think I PIF'd it lol.
But it was gorgeous, that shiny gold. I ruined the finish on mine so dumped it. Still worked though.
Yeah it appears as if the orders made on the 24th are having issues. I just made a support ticket.
For those who like me picked up the deal awhile back for the colossal kit that included the Ohmie tank I can now confirm the following
TFV8 Baby coils do NOT work in it
NRG GT Coils do NOT work in it
IJoy EXO-S RBA does NOT work in it
From this I would guess it should not be in the charts on various websites for this class of coil and should use only it's own coil.
Now from some things I have read on the web it isn't a big loss. The Colossal is a well liked mod. The Ohmie is generally considered cheap trash that will break quickly. So the deal was worth it for the mod and don't invest too heavily in extra coils for the Ohmie.

Open "your orders", click "Details, Options & Support " for that order. Under "shipment #" you'll see one option to cancel shipment and one option to put it on hold.

Also I can now confirm that the Luxotic having the silicon bottle is NOT an indication on weather it needs the fix or not. Out of 3 Luxotics purchased since Sept 11 only 1 did not need the fix.
I bought a ton of stuff, but it was all clearance items, I doubt they would be restocking those. Maybe they are just fulfilling the easiest ones first to get through the pile of orders? My other 2 orders had half the amount of this last one and they shipped pretty quickly.
My order from the 24th came right away, but it was half the size of the big last order that took longer.
Was that all that you ordered from them? If so, it was probably an easy order to fill with just the one product. My orders with just a few different products shipped quickly (some had multiple quantities), but my last big order that had numerous different items took longer. I am thinking that the quantity of the same item wouldn't have an impact on the difficulty to fill an order.
12 days past order...no excuse really. Other orders after the 24th came quickly. This is the only order issue I’ve had from them. It contained 100 boxes of coils, green vaporesso mod, and 3 ijoy things. I will be sorely disappointed if this order doesn’t come. I bought mods based on getting the ijoy head.
Yikes I absolutely hate it when that happens. When you end up purchasing things because of something else that you've purchased and that something else isn't coming on time or of course your head starts telling you maybe it's not coming at all. I hope that it's just a backlog and that you will get every single thing that you ordered

As you may have guessed I have started the task of Sorting, Labeling, and cataloging my supplies so I can get them into the cabinet. Yeah I am trying hard not to think about how many extra screws the guys had after putting the cabinet together.
So I might be popping in from time to time with potentially useful things I figure out as I go through all this. This is likely to take quite awhile to get done though. I have stuff from years ago I am going to have to do some hunting to figure out what it even is. Be danged if I remember. LOL

Your experience is why I took all 3 of mine apart to see if they needed the fix for that problem. One didn't and 2 did. The 2 that did have been labeled as needing the fix which will be my next project after I get everything stored.
At the same time, I’m loaded for bear without that order. I rarely get upset about things and avoid conflict like the plague (I love my happy bubble). If they have to refund me, that’s ok too, it was only $21. I feel so fortunate to have all the things in my stash. I’m still very hopeful it will come. I loved the penny sales on boxes of coils. I think they got slammed with orders at Christmas. I actually think I have too much stuff and it’s getting all confusing. I’m a simple vaper and this is not a hobby for me. I just want to vape without a bunch of hassle and fiddling.
Yeah, that would really tick me off, plenty of times I have had that same worry (placing an order with items that were contingent on some of the other items and then worrying that items that were the main reason for ordering others might be out of stock). It would make my mind explode if they shipped something like that without contacting me first.
I bought 3 of the gold vapresso mods (revenger x kit with nrg tanks) for the same reason, to go along with a handful of ijoy rba thingies in the same order. And not to get your anxiety up, but I think those rba thingies have been sold out for a little while now.
Although on my last order that finally shipped, I had a concern about 2 of the items in the order because they were out of stock after I placed my order and my order sat there for days after they were sold out... In the end though, my full order did ship (if that makes you feel any better).
I trust them with keeping up with their quantities. Too many times I’ve had things go out of stock in my cart right before my very eyes. If they don’t come, I’m not getting my panties in a wad about it. Life is too short. They are a fantastic vendor and I’m sure they will make it right one way or the other.
