Should I trust sourcemore when they say something, a new product, is in stock? I've never used them before and I don't remember hearing anything about how they treat their customers.
I have never had a problem with them.... other than the usual slowboat issues.

Just be aware you might have a very long wait getting stuff and they are not the best at communicating with you. I waited 6 weeks for one order to even ship. I contacted them and suddenly it was ready to ship.

I have placed 3 orders. None took less than a month to arrive at my door. 1 I had to track down but did arrive. 1 arrived at about 30 days. The final one I am currently tracking.

They have never stiffed me for anything. I just find them frustrating.

I have placed 3 orders. None took less than a month to arrive at my door. 1 I had to track down but did arrive. 1 arrived at about 30 days. The final one I am currently tracking.

They have never stiffed me for anything. I just find them frustrating.

Sounds like they would drive me crazy too. It's amplified now because of the Deeming regs and not knowing when or if customs will start seizing packages. I'm going to think about this one.

I think you still have time... once we get into March that will probably be the danger zone as far as getting things in time. Unless some new law is made and the FDA decides to jump in again and make it immediate instead of letting it take its natural course (like they did with flavored cartridges).

I'll probably make the order, but if it takes a long time, and Sourcemore isn't quickly responsive to queries, I know it will drive me crazy.

So far, I find that CVapor is the same (same company as Sourcemore so to be expected, of course).

I am experiencing the same now with VapeSourcing. 9 days and no shipping of my item. 4 days passed and sent a message. No response. I sent another right now to cancel my order because they changed the listing on me and I no longer want it. I have a feeling they are going to ship then respond "sorry, we already shipped" lol.

People dog fasttech and call them "slowtech", but it's not fair. There are far worse out there [COUGH]Gearbest[/COUGH]. I always hear back from FT support within 48 hours but usually within 24 hours. And if an item is "in stock" or "ships next day", it ships within 48 hours unless you have back-ordered items in the same order, of course.

But I have to say, I got my first ever 3Fvape and Cigabuy orders in under 14 days :eek:. I'm sure that was a fluke, but still, it shocked the hell outta me. Happened once with FT, but only once.

Well I finally got my 8vape order that was placed on the 28th it included the revengers which I think is what most of us were waiting on.

On another note for those of you who bought the Moti. Eciggity has the refillable pods for only $9.

And here I am, order from the 24th still "unfulfilled" lol

No Revenger X in my order.

Ah, well, in the end, it's their problem. I'll get take my money back soon.

I just put in another ticket at eightvape. They have three days and I'm calling my credit card company. This is unacceptable. I really can't believe I haven't already done it. I've given them far too long. There are better companies out there that will bend over backwards for their customers. Cheaper is not always better. Integrity and ethics mean a lot to me. It obviously doesn't mean a whole lot to eightvape.

I noticed the mods I want are located in their warehouse. Have you noticed that their warehouse items take an extra long time to ship?

    What day in December did you order from eightvape? It took several days for them to respond to my first ticket.

    I made one order to 3avape and it came promptly. Promptly as in under three weeks. Not very prompt but it is for a chinese company. I'm trying to steer clear of international orders personally.

    All my orders were going smoothly until recently. I'm glad I'm stocked up...not sure I could deal with this for a lot of orders. :eek:

    I placed a small order directly with Geek Vape on Dec. 24th. I was trying supposedly active coupon code (don't know if it's the one you've been trying), but I could not get it to work at all. I gave up and placed the order anyway and it was a small inexpensive order.

    I didn't get a email confirmation or shipping notices. Just my PayPal email receipt from PayPal for making the purchase.

    The status is marked as complete on my account page w/ Geek Vape but the package is just sitting in China. They may be trying to outdo FT on slow processing and shipping.

    Now that would drive me insane. I had a 2F package do that and once I asked them about it, it shipped fairly quickly. I suggest you reach out to them. I hope you get good news soon!

    My items always shipped within a few days, they were always at the warehouse as far as I remember... The only issues I personally had were the expected slowboat shipping delays. But obviously YMMV based on the experiences @Myrany had.
