In other news not having a credit card atm while waiting for my new one is frustrating the heck out of me. My shoes have gotten to the point they are so big they are blistering the heck out of my feet, my favorite brand sent me a heck off a sale flyer, and I can't take advantage of it. GROWL
Why are you having to wait? Mine always get overnighted but you sometimes have to ask for that.

Actually, from what I've read/heard/remember a number of people have had both a cell phone/GPS w/ Lithium batteries actually explode when they were left in a vehicle:

Also - here is some helpful info:

Matter of fact, once I left a mod in the car while I went food shopping. It was only about 80* + outside, even had the windows cracked as always. Came back an half-hour later and couldn't really pick up mod - too hot. Even when the outside cooled down a little, tried to vape and couldn't e-liquid was still warm and tasted bad/burnt.

[QUOTE="BigPappa, post: 22422711, member: 352249"]I always carry at least 3 setups with me whenever I leave the house anyway, so I should be ok. I remember my mods before I remember my keys. lmao

    Anyway, just like Ya' ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

    I'd
rather be safe then sorry - go out & about take 2-3 mods with tanks filled that can fit in a shirt pocket. AND - I have a "Special" bag with e-liquid and a couple of more MODS ready to go, especially if going somewhere were I NEED to stealth vape (Think Hospital) . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I'd be afraid to do that in Florida with the heat. I know the worst that would probably happen is the battery would be dead in a very short period of time making it useless as far as having an emergency backup in there for months at a time. But I'm still always worried I would return to the car to find it in a pile of ashes. lol Although people leave their cell phones and GPS units in their cars, so it's probably ok as far as worrying about explosions/fire.

I keep a pico (no battery) and an empty tank in the car console. Juice and battery box are in my purse. A slim 10ml bottle fits easily in the box with the battery. Probably a mech mod would be a better choice, now that I think about it. Too hot here too.

I use a insulated bag to keep mods in during hot weather if needed.

Really great idea, especially for living here in Florida, if Ya' want to keep "Stuff" in the car . . . Matter of fact, AARP just sent me one - a small insulated "Lunch" bag (Not great - but good enough) as a gift . . . I just might try this if I need to bring more "Stuff" with "Me" when I go out for a longer day . . . THANKS ! ! !

    Yes & No
. . . Usually, just 2-3 MODS for the Day with Tanks filled fit in Shirt Pocket/Pants Pocket (nothing else, especially metal/keys - in there . . . Don't want to start a "Fire" in "My" pants well not from a MOD) . . . A small "Tote Bag" that already has Coupons - Shopping/Restaurants/Fast Food, an Extra Handicap Parking Placard & Emergency Medications if NEEDED . . . . AND - YES, when called for - "My" MAN PURSE (which of course will hold a lot more "Stuff" needed or not) . . .

Yeah, when mine got compromised in November they said it would get to me in a few days, but when I said "but tomorrow is Black Friday" that's all that I had to say and they simply offered to over night it. Had it the next morning.

One in each front pocket and the third I carry in my hand (it shares one of the front pockets if I need my hand free). Only one of my mods in use is a dual battery (the one I carry), the other is my solo, and then the last one is one of my three mods in rotation that have a smaller built-in battery. If I am going somewhere that requires stealth vaping I will wear a shirt with a pocket and put my minifit and my novo in that pocket as well.

That leaves 1 back pocket for my cell phone and the other back pocket for my wallet. Depending on what I am wearing, a belt is required or my pants will end up around my ankles because I have no .... (just a back with a crack in it). lol

Back when I used to smoke, I always had 3 packs of smokes and 3 lighters on me. I wore a suit for work and it would look funny with all of my pockets full, so I carried a fancy leather man purse. lol

I've seriously considered it... but I was a skateboard kid, I carry a backpack just about everywhere I go. Have for a very, very long time.

Despite the mishap yesterday I don't plan on changing my vape habits much. I'm going to start leaving my Breeze 2 at work so at least I'll have that if I forget everything else. But that's about it, it's happened once in 1.5 years.

    PROGRESS!!!!!

OK, yeah a bit steep right now at $70,,, but its just a matter of a year or so for more advancement ,, on our way to 18650!

This is very exciting, I've been waiting for Graphene battery technology to develop.

Put a new Vaporesso GT1 0.2 coil in my Solo kit last night. Let it soak overnight then vaped it this morning. Have it turned up to 60W, lower wasn't working very well. Despite it being a battery and juice hog I really like it, flavor is great. Nice, dense clouds.

Yeah! I will be more careful with my current batteries,, hoping to transition to Gbats just in time! Meantime that brick I posted even does wireless charging for your phone if you have that perk,,, batteries are the next logical step in vaping,, then wireless charging for them as well... I will be very happy for a battery to last 3-5xs longer! The batteries will be higher priced at first,, expecting a price cut every year as adoption increases,,, so buy only what you need for the first couple of years :)

I would make the battery and juice hog part very high on my list of things I dont like about certain tanks/coils. Im into low watts and low juice consumption. Those are important to me.

There is quite a bit of waste with cloud chuckers when it comes to juice. If that $2780/liter of 100mg tax passes, it will be like exhaling money all over the place. lol

The coil I am vaping right now is rated for 40-80W, I am using 17W.... My GT .2ohms I am running at 20W and my other coils: nauti's 1.2 ohm at 14W and m17's .4ohm at 10W.

I have a bunch of 1.8ohm nautilus coils that I am thinking about putting in the classifieds. What's a fair price to ask per a 10x 5-pack minimum (50 coils) including shipping? I think I have like maybe 30 boxes or so. (I prefer the 1.2 & 1.6's, I bought the 1.8's in a panic before I realized that I prefer the lower ohms). I don't want to come off like I am trying to get rich, but I don't want to take a big loss on them either.

Usually a lighter mod in a shirt pocket, with a second in a holster on my belt.

Folding the flap in, rather than using it as a, well, flap, puts enough tension on most any box mod for a snug fit.

Not really, I paid $40 per liter for mine and have enough to last a lifetime that was basically planned on cloud chucking. We're all exhaling money but mine's still pennies. Not regretting that extra liter I picked up though.

What did you pay for them? Remember, people can still buy Nautilus coils for not a lot of money.
I used to buy them for $7 and some change.

I was referring to the value of it if that tax is enacted, not what we all paid for it.... I will look at my 19.5 liters in a different light if all of a sudden overnight they are worth almost 3k each.

Just because you purchased gold for pennies and now it is worth a fortune, it does not make what you have worth less.. lol
