It's been interesting, and at times disappointing, to watch the various items at various online shops going out of stock. Are the shops just having a hard time keeping up with demand? Or is it mostly old inventory that may not ever be replenished? Or perhaps just a clearing-out and then going into a holding pattern until they can determine the shape of things? Or unadvertised going-out-of-business sales?

I get tempted to over-buy, in fear I may never see certain items again (and there are at least a couple I think that may be true of), but I've managed to keep it reigned in I think. There is one RDA I had a hard time finding, and finally found in one overseas location. I waited too long to purchase and now they are gone. Since its rarity, I fear that was my last hope. He who hesitates is lost these days, but for how long? If it turns out our ability to purchase remains unhampered, will we see re-stocks?

have plenty of P3's and 2.5's. May get some more batteries for the P3 tho as I did not buy the bigger size recommended, so will get those to have on hand.

As 18650's like we use are used by the Flashlight enthusiasts, they should remain available for ages, though there may not be many nipple top choices down the line. I'm not so sure about 18350 and 18490, nipple top or flat, as they aren't as abundant.

As I'm sure most know these days, with two extension rings a ProVi mini can be used with 18650 nipple top. I believe the P3 takes both flat and nipple top.

And for anyone who hasn't picked up a mini or 2.5 for their supply stash yet, I certainly recommend doing so. My original 5 year old 2.5 is the energizer bunny of mods....and my P3 and Radii seem to be following that trend.

I do think P3 can take a flat top, I need to read the info I copied off :) all my batts are nipple too for Provari's.

So twenty years from now when we discover or should I say acknowledge that we overstocked - what will we do with all the antiques we possess???

Hmmm, maybe start a vaping museum...
    Vintage tobacco products :)

I really don't expect to still be walking the earth 20 years from now (maybe rolling around in an electric chair :D) but I will never give in to the madness of the powers that be and call what we use tobacco :D Vaping museum works for me

Okay.. this is stupid but I have a question.. I have been doing life and out of the loop. Is something going on with fda regulations. And if so what is it, specifically.. I cannot even buy anything at this point til next payday. And I am so not stocked up on anything..

This is a very concise write up as to what is going on :(

Yes, the P3 can use flat top or nipple top.

The 2.5's -- must use nipple top -- and will not fire with flat top. (mechanical reverse battery protection)

It's the Radius that should be used with only flat top. for confusing the Radii & P3 battery specs.

only 'panic' issue for you is nicotine if you need it........if i was in your spot,,,(and you have to decide that)......if i had 0 money period until next week or so......pawn something, borrow money,, find some fast cash and order nic.........problem is getting enough for 'your needs/lifetime'.. i have about 1.75 gals. thats about $200-350 depending on where you shop. i am nearly always 0 nic,, but i bought for myself and my husband who has yet started vaping.

next,, take care of your equipment because it is getting harder to get cheap,,,,,,,i figure most equipment will double in price by christmas. dont pass up a good deal in the future if you run across one for nic or equipment.. watch craigslist too
