As for an alternative, try MB Big Watermelon. It's a good watermelon. 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-2% as a background flavor, 2%-4% as the main flavor. If you want it as a standalone flavor 4%-6%.
BCF carries MB Big Watermelon. Use ECF6 for 6% off.
I hit 50.00, but it turned our that had the silly shipping protection, added 15ml of hazelnut. I ordered a lot of vanilla/cream family, a few pastries, and some fruits, plenty of things to play around with.

Well I showed up really late for that sale but I don't think they had what I was looking for. Happy to see them sell out though I always wonder what happens to the items that get left behind in a closing sale.
Does anyone happen to know whether BCF or the other vendors that service both vapers & others have to do the excise tax & ATF reporting stuff?

I don't know how flavors can fall under that because all flavors can be used in food preparation. I use my flavors in food all the time, how does anyone know what I use my flavors for? I made some flavored milk chocolate caramel almond milk to drink yesterday, awesome! They do not need to be vaped.
Some flavor vendors have changed their names and positioned themselves as something other than vaping related, selling nothing at all related to nicotine or vaping - just flavors and some even sell home brewing supplies - and do not mention vaping on their sites. So from a legal standpoint, I would say the answer is no, they don't have to comply with PACT Act. No one can prove they are selling flavors to vapers.
If I were them, I would adopt a policy that a certain nicotine seller has adopted, which is if you contact them with questions regarding/mentioning vaping, they will not answer you and if the email address you use is tied to an account in their store, they will terminate that account.

Some of the flavoring suppliers started removing references to vaping from their sites quite a while back. Explicitly talking about other uses for the flavoring on the sites. Changing their names if the names included vaping. Even splitting companies into a vaping entity and a flavoring entity. Hopefully they are getting good legal advice on what steps they have to take.
It would be hard for the authorities to go after someone who had no reference to vaping on their site or in their company documentation. Surely they can't say we claim authority over you because we suspect some of your customers use your products for vaping, or because you sold to vaping users in the past. I'm not a tax lawyer though.
Anyone who sells both vaping gear and flavoring will presumably have to do the tax reporting.
I started mixing exclusively with TFA because there was a really good TFA thread here. I still mostly use TFA and I could get by with just their stuff if I had to. I think they are bulletproof because they were around before vaping and sell to all sorts of users. I've bought directly from them a couple of times.

No, it's much smaller. It's designed to fit any device (well almost any device) that uses the Aspire NON-nautilus BVC coils. Like the following...
- Artery PAL 2 & Pal 2 Pro
- Aspire ET/Vivi/Mini Vivi/E-Pen/Maxi/CE5 BDC Clearos
It may fit others.
I use it in the Aspire clearos and also some kanger tanks with a slight modification.
