I actually talked to the carrier (he's not my regular carrier) before I checked the tracking. (From my house he makes a loop and drives back by within a few minutes.) Pretty much got a logically sounding run around. Said that it was probably put on the wrong truck by mistake. Yea right. o_O

Pretty sure it was delivered to a house on the street behind me. I've gotten their mail before and have taken it to them. Never had them bring me any they received by mistake and after meeting them, I don't expect to.

I do hope to resolve this but if not, it's not worth the mental and emotional damage (to me) to get upset over it. This too shall pass, and I'll order more (and hope for a different carrier next time ;))
I agree, not worth getting upset over. Still, I have had some luck filing a complaint with sort facility. I admit getting upset so might not be worth it but I finally did get my Caravela at the time.

scanner has carrier info on it so if your carrier scanned it was not the wrong truck. Have you gone to your post office and asked the postmaster? They can help and question the carrier.

My brother's girlfriend has a tendency to drop her vape gear. This is the one she has been using the longest that only recently got a silicone sleeve. One set of threads is completely shot and the other won't tighten fully anymore. I am going to try some jb weld and a strip of tape then put it in a sleeve.

The sleeve it was in is too stretched out now (from her put it over another pico that already had a sleeve) to work anymore so I need to order a 12 pack from FT.

You are a saint. I must admit I would have quit helping her a long time ago. What is that old adage about not appreciating things that come too easily?

Good lord! I'm pretty klutzy, and drop mods quite a bit. But never damaged one that bad! Worst I did was drop a cheap VV mod into a bucket of water. That was the end of that one.

Yes, if me and my brother weren't footing the bill I figure she might take better care of the gear. No biggy, it still functions. I just need to find a way to make it safe and I will still use it around the house.

It's one and the same. My housemate is my brother's girlfriend. It was just shorter to type 'housemate' vs 'my brother's girlfriend' all the time.
type MBGF so we can all act like we know something they don't when new to the thread folks ask what that means.

I just looked up silicone bubble wrap and they make oven mitts out if it so maybe get some and and cut a sleeve out and fasten to the mods, it might be the answer for clumsy vapers :)

Not if she stretches it over another wrap/sleeve. :D

It would kill like 3 birds with one stone since she also misplaces it often and is constantly trying to recall where she last had it. :D
I confess that I misplace mine all the time. I will take it to the back yard, get sidetracked with gardening, forget it and hours later or the next morning start looking for it.

Stickum not sticky enough. Not even sure superglue will suffice for this case.
    Oh wow...
Warmed up stickum is pretty darn sticky...just don't think you'll ever get it back off of something.:lol::lol:

The 4 Pico's I ordered from FT were delivered yesterday. Problem...................they were not delivered to me. :-x

Tracking showed them being delivered at 7:47PM. MY mail was delivered at 8:10PM.

I'll be at the Post Office this morning (when they open) to let them know. I doubt there's anything they can (or will) do but it's worth a shot. I think my only hope is that they were delivered to someone honest who will bring them to me.
It seems something weird is going on with FT packages. One of my last ones said out for delivery. Guess it really wasn't because it didn't come that day but was in my box the next day. that was the one and only time something like that has ever happened and I have lived at this same address for 37 years.
