K, thanks
This is ridiculous. batteries, cotton, really???
Well I'll keep logging on here and find out how your doing. I hope at least 1 or 2 of you are still here when the batteries go... :tumble:
To be fair, just because someone happens to be buying batteries or cotton, it doesn't mean it's for the deeming. Folks buy that stuff everyday. They just happen to be part of this thread and are talking about purchases. :)

i had an rda show up like that once,, then i noticed the screws were deep inside,,'countersunk'. my old eyes missed it until i put the rda up to light.
Sorry that happened to you, but nope, the heads of the screws are a little bit bigger than the holes. They won't countersink.

The vendor emailed back saying they would send out a new tank and return postage. I replied, telling them to save all that postage to and back. I would be happy with the screws in an envelope. They can mark the one they take them from as defective.

That makes so much sense they probably won't do it lol!

It had been over an hour since they emailed me before I saw it. I hope they saw my reply in time.
Replacement tank = spare parts. :) :2c::smokie:

ETA: Just to clarify my above remark, if they DO go ahead and send the tank, you've got more spare parts.

I'd have emailed them to just have them send the screws too. ;)
I've seen several times that places just resend the whole thing. Wasteful if you ask me, but seems that no one has, or will take time to do just the common sense fix.

Just remember, all these new mods, atties you are buying, can't be improved upon, you know the old v1,v2,v3 schtick. If the mod is defective in some way, they can't fix it in a newer version. Personally I wouldn't buy anything new and unproven, could be a waste of money, unproven, and possibly unsafe. JMHO.

Has anyone ordered batteries from gearbest, I usually order from Orbtronics but Gearbest has killer sale right now. Thanks.

Personally, I wouldn't for a couple of reasons. First, with the shipping restrictions in place on lithium ion batteries, you may not get them for ages. Second, I'd order from a trusted source in the US whenever possible.

As I said, they said they are sending a replacement AND return postage. So they want the faulty one back.

Got my last stack of mods delivered today. MVS is always fast and reliable abd their prices arent much more than china on a lot of popular stuff.

I picked up a sigelei spark 90w on a whim. It's smaller than a VTC. What a nice powerful little mod....now I want a couple more. Oh the madness.

All of my mods except one can be updated. At least the software can be improved. That was one of my requirements for new mods. Of course I already loved the Evic VTC mini and the Pico. I bought those mostly.

Pretty much everything I bought has been out there a good while. The only one that was fairly new was the Lychee tank. It is also the only purchase I regret! I got it on sale, but that thing spits sooooo badly. I keep watching videos, reading posts and trying new things, but just can't get that thing to stop spitting!
