That's how the military and most government agencies write their date as well.Exactly. That's my favorite way to write it. Absolutely clear.
Saying "You all" takes too long.. I also say "ya'll". I guess I type like I talk, which is borderline lazy laid back English, est 1990s, founded by lazy Americans, still being used today. Sounds very uneducated but damn, it just rolls off the tongue so well..Y'all. Lol
No I really am kidding. I like the way you guys speak. It's cool. I can't say 'y'all'
In fact many people say it like that. That's cool. August 11th.
Just 8/11 I don't like.
But that's me.
Edit: I say cool too much
I'm new to the forums, compared to most of y'all ( lol @Zutankhamun ), but I haven't seen your old one. I like your current one though. I think it's a cool, artistic photo.
The cool thing about the Provari is that you don't need to be so "delicate" as with other mods, it's tough af. Doesn't blemish easy. I've had mine for 4+ years and still doesn't show big nicks like some of my other devices with aluminum or cheaper grade steel. Most of my drops luckily hit the bottom, but yeah, Provari's are durable as hell. I posted a photo of mine (a mini) somewhere in this forum, all these pages hard to keep up where it's at lol.I have 0 Provari's. I'd care more if I wasn't very nice to my mods, only things I've had die are ego's and cig a likes. And I don't take batteries out, tanks off, none of that... just don't drop them. Hell my iTaste VTR has had a battery in it and a full tank sitting there doing nothing for a year... *takes a toke* yup still works fine.
Sorry to hear you lost a device Zut. RIP RDNA 40, please watch over the rest of our stockpiles from vape heaven.![]()

I think we can..You can go ahead and get started on that book. I've always wanted this thread to have a Part 2 and I just took a look at what it requires (1062 pages) and we have a lot of work to do.
Wow. Photos don't do justice, they look so big. I didn't think it would fit in one no matter how you put it in. It's a very nice case btw. I keep all my vape gear in a container, I'll post later but I don't have much, just a bunch of atty's I keep in a case and all my mods in my room.I have 2 in my freezer (upright) and they take up about 1/2 a shelf.

I agree. Day, then month, then year does make more sense.
Don't kick a man when he's justifying his lack of Provari's. It's not like I don't like them....

If that were the case, I'd be like..and year month day makes the most sense.
imagine time as Sec:Min:Hours...![]()
Huh? I'm the one slacking with my 1 mini. lol
We need Judge Judy ruling on the FDA regs: "If it doesn't make sense, it's not true!"If that were the case, I'd be like..

Good question. Well I know when I bought my first vaping set up long ago, he was the man; atomizer modder, good build quality, well machined, us-made. I didn't know until ya'll started talking about the Kabuki he was still around modding and about the Kabuki in general. Learn something new everytime I go through the posts here..
How is the Kabuki? Is it a MTL or open lung hit? I saw photos of the prebuilt coils, is there a rebuildable deck you can purchase as well? Prebuilts are efficient and wonderful for non fiddly type of people who don't care about building, they just want to install a fresh coil, and vape. I tend to like atomizers in which you have both options, you don't have to depend on buying coils, worry about a coil discontinuation factor from the manufacturer, if you can't find/get those coils, it's an obsolete paperweight. At least with a rebuildable deck, you have both options available; as long as there is metal and cotton in the world, you're atomizer will still be able to be used.
I just experienced my first real panic attack......(exaggerating but still!)
Mom in the hospital. Had just finished feeding her breakfast. Sat down to sneak-a-vapewhen I drop my mod (Kanger Subox). Battery door popped off & battery disappears.
I'm on the floor spread out like an Olympic swimmer determined to find it. Had it been an old battery I might not have tripped so badly but this.....this was one of my brand new Sammy Q's & I couldn't leave it to hosp staff to find it for me!!!
Bet some of ya'll think I was sacred I wouldn't be able to vape at all. Nahhhh.....had 2 other mods with me.
Finally found my battery hidden behind the power cord to the bed.
Now, next problem....trying to get my fat @$$ off that hard @$$ floor!!!![]()
I like to have 3 tanks filled at all times- one for fruity flavors, one for coffee or dessert flavors, and one at my bedside with 0 nic- but after testing one of my new back up tanks, I really like it so I'm going to swap it out for one of my older ones, with the old one going into back-up storage.
Is anyone else having a problem with keeping some of their new back-up supplies as, well, actual back up supplies? Are you test driving your new stuff and then putting it away, or...?
We Coloradans pretty much only use north-south-east-west directions, and internally sneer at folks who use left-right. Except for my kids, of course. My hubby has decided to pretend he doesn't understand them when they say "take a right"--"my right or your right?" or "but where are the mountains?" Putz.I can write you a book, it will keep you entertained for hrs. I think I will call it (Directions by locals) southern style!
Yeah, any Provari or tube mod owners know about that tip + thump, good thing the Provari is made of quality stainless steel. I remember tipping it over when have it near my mouse next to my computer, it would always happen. All it does is scare the dog for a sec but everything is fine. The big base is something I'd def check into getting, keeps that from happening, I think I saw Rip in one of his old videos with one. How much did you spend and where did you get it?
Tatroe ProVari Wide End Cap with Spring
$8.00 which is insanely cheap considering how much they used to costthey do add weight though, solid stainless steel. They are great for keeping your provari upright
I have a few and only use them in house.
