It's my 6th vaping anniversary tomorrow.:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana: Reflecting back a little today it feels like I've been vaping a long time and that's a good feeling. :) My 35+ years of smoking seem like a very very long time ago. ECF and all the wonderful friends I've made along the way have made it a fun journey and I'm very grateful to all of you for that. THANK YOU !!!!

Happy Birthday @Fozzy71 Sorry I didn't get you anything I'm broke I spent all my money in this thread.
ditto, i am done buying for a while. I have carts loaded on way too many sites, and want more flavors at a minimum, but my credit cards are screaming for mercy so trying to take a month or two off then I will be loading up on more mods, rdta and flavorings to get my diy fix.

@Semiretired Was it you that was doubting my claim of genius/tinkerer guy I know? Cuz uh... he far exceeded my expectations and that was knowing what he's capable of. Pretty sure we can remove the slash. Dad tells me that some of his mods are on display in his local vape shops and some of them have won cloud comps.

Bluetooth capable with speakers. Supposedly 10,000 mah, not sure what power source is.

Doubted you no... Doubted his need yes...

Some things that don't need to be done get done just because I can and other times it is done to see if I can - success at times is reached, but failure can also be obtained.

Pushing the envelope with this gear can lose you a house, a hand, a face or who knows what. I just don't want someone to push so far that they attract a less capable person to try and copy them or maybe tempted to out do them...

Big congrats to you on a job well done. In honor of your milestone, thought I would post a pic of a 6-7 year old mod, one of my early ones. My how far we have come. This one is the size of a crayon, roughly.

    Happy birthday, Fozzy!

@Katdarling, my daughter is absolutely in love with your Dragon.

Looks like a new Atty will have to wait until next payday. I realized I have no button top 18650s, so a quick stop at RTD for a couple of AWs and I'm all set. I'll try and build my Velocity or Tugboat for higher ohms and a restricted lung hit and that should keep me happy until payday.

Why thank you, phager. Please tell your daughter she has exquisite taste!

Wow! So what is that. I remote, a phone, a vape, a garage door opener? THAT'S WILD!

When he vapes tho, it appears to be from a mod that's NOT in the video?

I don't know the history on this, but from what semiretired said, I DO hope your friend with genius proportions is safe.

I can't remember what it was called, I think keychain laser mod??? Uses a AAA size battery and the battery still charges, haven't checked to see if the mod still fires.

Oh, and one more thing to add - who wants an 10lb mod - a gorilla... :w00t::lol::lol::lol:

It is obvious by the video - he put some time and effort into it.

Hmmm after taking the VvFT out of kabuki and back into nautilus I am get atty error messages, well that was short lived success! LOL maybe my coil got bumped or something. I think I will rewick and try again

They are very "fragile" in that the center post can easily short to the outside housing INSIDE the top of the deck. The oval part (with the air hole in it) only has to turn a few degrees to make contact. "Finniky" is the word I'd describe it.

I'll often fiddle with the RBA on the Nautilus base making sure that I can have it installed without any shorts before attaching the top of the tank. Sometimes just reseating the RBA will fix it, others I'll have to loosen the center pin, jiggle it a bit and retighten a few times to get it seated right.

One of the reasons I liked their V1 RBA better than the new V2. (then there was getting the top part threaded and screwed on...but that is another story).

I remember the SD key chain, rosesense...... looked a bit different than the one you showed.

    sd-keyring-maxi-kit_m.jpg

Yea, if I remember correctly they used a 16340 batt. Joyetech had a device that used them also don't remember the name of it, but it vaped pretty good and was better than the volts because the batts were interchangeable.
