Almost time for a new nail polish rack:

Fozzy, I love those racks! They are sturdy, inexpensive, and fit many bottles. I use them in a rolling Rubbermaid cart. You made a good haul!

I could spend my money on vaping over the rest of my lifetime (if that's possible) or I could spend it now. Spending it now means I don't pay fed or excessive state imposed taxes. If the deeming stands as it is now, there won't be vaping products to buy. For me, its only a win-win to stock up now.

Yep. And also it's more financially manageable to shop now and buy up for the future while I'm employed than it will be in a few years when I'm retired.

Well, I got my AW batteries for the ProVari today. I also got shipping confirmation from fast tech for the Kayfun Mini v3. Oddly, I still haven't gotten tracking on the ProVari, and it still shows processing on the site. *Shrug* it's not like I'm lacking for mods or toppers, but I sure would like to hold that dragon in my hands :D.

On a bummer note, looks like my card got hacked as well. The bank called while i was at work and said that there was a couple of questionable charges and they put a hold on my card.

I called them back when I got home thinking it was the charge at fast tech since its in China, but apparently someone tried to do two online orders at a Walmart in Arkansas (I live in PA). To PNC Bank's credit, the declined those and froze my card, and are sending out a new one.

I'm not saying that any of the vendors I used this weekend are to blame, but there seems to be a high amount of credit card fraud occurring around the purchase of vaping related items, which seems to be more then a coincidence. Fortunately, I suffered no real loss, other then waiting for a new card, but hopefully this trend doesn't continue.

OMG, I love love love Lemon Sicily, had to make up a new recipe for it LOL! This is really good! I'm making up pics for all my fav recipes, makes it fun at mixing time :)

I vape unflavored most of the time but when I want a little change I always reach for the Lemon Sicily. I mix it with whipped cream or fresh cream. Yum

I'd stopped buying lots of stuff and pretty much lived off my stash when my DH retired and I followed him into retirement 10 months later which has been a couple years now. :) I always planned to have ONE more buying spree IF deeming our ecigs became a reality. I've had a list of what would be my priorities to purchase if they deemed our ecigs for a couple years now. Just sad that I had to put it into action :(

And yes, I added a few more things then what were on that list ;) but I always knew I would. :D I've still stayed within my deeming budget and come December 1st no matter what happens with the court cases and bills in congress my vape spending goes back to pre 5/8/16 which means batteries,, VG, PG, and flavorings when needed and not more then $100 a year for new vaping toys just for the fun of it. :)

As an addendum, you all need to stop talking about the flavorings at osdiy! I was all set to make a moderate order through TFA for my diy essentials, but after all this talk about osdiy, I stopped over there, and now I have a cart going there too.

I'm also feeling a little *ahem* inadequate with my "small" stash of 25 or so 4oz bottles of flavors (for umm, err, baking, of course) and a smattering of 30ml and smaller sample sizes. Oh well there goes another paycheck, someone tell the kids they're going to need a pell grant when the go to college!

1. Kayfun was made long before the Nebula Wine.
2. There are a lot of Kayfun purists out there that would get their panties in a Twist if Svoemesto redesigned the Kayfun.

Remember all the hate about the Kayfun V4, and again with the Kayfun v5 because it had too much airflow for MTL.

The Kayfun 5 wasn't really finished, they rushed it to market to get it out there before the drop dead date for the EU/UK regs going into effect (which I believe relate to the size of tanks allowed; while the regs in the EU and UK aren't great, they're kinda a ray of light in contrast to what we got with the FDA). Anyhoo, it was "finished" so they could have it out on the market for the next 18-24 months before they have to pull it, or hope their regs change. They're in the same holding pattern situation we have; what's already on the market there, can stay, for a while, but nothing that violates their new regs can be released at this point. The max allowable tank size in the new EU/UK regs = the Kayfun mini v3 (2mL with the standard tank). They couldn't spend another quarter fine-tuning it and release the Kayfun 5 at this point in time, but since it's already on the market, it can stay there for a while and they get sales.

I dunno, I'm not really a Kayfun purist, but I like the Kayfun Lite+ a LOT (for me anyway it's the bulletproof, keeps going forever, spare parts all over the place, stupid easy to build, stupid easy to fix when it breaks, not the BEST, but in my personal top 5%, RTA), I like the Mini v3 even better, and oddly enough I like the 5 best of all. Go figure, I know my opinion goes against many reviewers and personal opinions expressed on Reddit, ECF, etc... but, I like the increased airflow; I got the MTL kit when they were released for the 5's, but then never ended up using it). FWIW I also like the Serpent Mini a LOT (surprisingly excellent low-cost atty), the Mark Bugs GEM (not on MaxVG though, it's an epic fail with thick viscous juices), the Merlin (another really good low-cost atty), and when playing with high wattage and crazy coils, the Twisted Messes 2 ... I like a lot of different stuff and don't really care too much about DL or MTL with sufficient airflow... I just don't dig the sucking watermelons through a straw airflow that some MTL tanks have.. it reminds me of blu e-cigs and 2009, no thank u!

Wow, miss a day and a half, and there are 30 pages of new msgs here.

I went to my new favorite local B&M today, and realized it wasn't Monday LOL, the woman behind the counter said since I missed Monday she would give me the BOGO on my coils ( buy one get second one 1/2 off), so another two packs of Nautilus coils in the stash, I use maybe one or two coils a week so they will accumulate over time for me. She said for "good customers" they will always apply the BOGO, I told her I would be in every MOnday :) I declined the "punch card" that gets you ten bucks off for every 100$ spent, I said, coils are my only vape expense, I'm just happy that you are here selling them.

I just had my first encounter with a problem ordering online. I got to the shipping stage of an order from Vapor Beast and a popup came up and said "We cannot ship to retail customers due to Washington state regulations" (paraphrased a touch).

Yep... states, counties and cities are going to demolish anything the feds don't.

What was the purpose of this thread again? Oh yea... :-x

I broke down and got an SXK Kayfun 5 Clone, I really dig it. So much so I got two more for the FDA Stash and a Kayfun 5 mini. Between them and my SquapeRs that fulfills my MTL needs. Mostly I'm on my Boreas and Modfather but one just needs a kick back vape also.

The V5 has 4 air flow settings and I have no idea what all the outrage about it being. You can set it for barely any airflow at all.

Same here.I did not make the switch to quit,i made the switch to find something more enjoyable, and possibly a bit healthier.I just got to the point that i could not stand the taste of cigarettes anymore,so wanted to get a change of taste haha.

The way i see it,i don't drink or do drugs,so nicotine and caffeine are my 2 vices, and i have no plans to give up either, they keep me happy haha.

Dittos.

No, I'm from south London. I'm a softy, apparently.
Now I've moved further south and west. I'm in the sticks atm. Ah, so your born and bred a Geordie eh?

Don't know where I got that from. Maybe thinking of someone else.

I'm from Newcastle and Sunderland. Lived in west London for 20 years though.

Planning on moving back over there in two or three years. I'm watching the vaping scene over there carefully. I'll assuming I'll be able to take my tanks and mods with me but not the nic. So I'm relying on you guys to keep the nic flowing until I get there. What's your best guess on that?

Now that's a flavor collection. I need to step up my game. I'm not prepped... :thumb:

How do you like that RY4 Double? I'm looking for some decent DIY recipes for an RY4. Post them if you've got em!
