...I didn't vape for almost a year,,,,,,my provari rode around in the bottom of my pocket book getting banged all over the place,,,,,,when I had a craving for a cigarette, I whipped that thing out, charged up the batteries, and it worked just as well as it did on day one.
And same with my Vamo. Was not using it for about 2 years, a week ago tried it - worked like new.

EDIT: I used Vamo because I wanted to check what happened with my EGO-threaded clearo in 2 years. It was still filled with old juice. It was OK, but too strong (18 mg?) for me now.

Just to clarify, I rejoice at the sales pricing on the ones being discontinued, but sad that it's a reality.

Makes me feel like a dinosaur.
I went from 3 200W mods and a 75W SX Mini to 2.5's and mech mods.

I feel like a caveman, but that's ok. I still have some high powered mods that I use from time to time, but a Provari 2.5 @ 1.2-1.8ohms and a mech @ 0.4-0.5ohms covers all of my vaping needs.

I have no interest in 300W quad battery Bluetooth enabled TC mods. :)

I'm used to being a dinosaur LOL. I don't need the newest and greatest,,,,,I just need something that WORKS.

To most teens nowadays we are all dinosaurs. Buying and using something that just "Works" is not in their vocabulary. That is what has kept companies like Apple just to name one on the top of the charts...

Same with new mods every month. Shoot six months down the road and it becomes hard to find parts anymore...

My Vamo worked real good until I drove off - with it on top of the truck - it just did not like the way I treated it...

I didn't think the mini 2.5 would run below 1.5 ohm.
I thought it would show an atty error.

I never tried sub, so these will run anything and everything I have.
So yeah, we'll be cavemen together. :) Well, I'll be a cave woman...

You might be right. I usually run 1.6-1.8ohm Nauti coils on my 2.5's. I do have a Kayfun with a 1.2ohm build, but it has been on a Radius or Classic. I will have to confirm if it will fire on a 2.5....

Yep.
I prefer to be a flavor finder than a flavor chaser.

funny to watch someone retry a tank/RDA they had used about 20 tanks/RDA's ago and hear them say how good it tastes ;)

That's what I remember, but could be wrong on the mini.
I was actually on their site yesterday and downloaded the manuals for the mini and the classic.

So, this is weird, I just looked on their site, and can't find the link now for the manual downloads.
I was just there yesterday, maybe I'm not finding it.

I was going to check, but I think it said the Classic can go down to .9, but would like to double check that.

I know 1.2 fires on 2.5. First time I got subtank mini (1.2 coil).. I used the 2.5.

I had 1.4 working, but I had tried to check because I thought below that would possibly damage it.
That was what got me looking yesterday, but I couldn't find the info (the specific recommended range) for the mini.

I may just email them to ask for clarification.
I'm on my lunch (at work), so prob won't be until tomorrow.

They will be fine down to 1.2Ω, and even a bit lower, but at the resistances close to one ohm, you will be very limited in how much power you can apply to the coil, as you will be hitting either the amp limit (3.5) or the watt limit (14.5) of the 2.5's.

PS, the unit will not allow you to damage it, it will simply give you an error code if you exceed any of the limits.

I just placed my first order since 8/8. Just getting some more tanks and parts from FT. I did an inventory this past weekend and saw some soft spots. The soft spots wouldn't have been an issue for 5+ years but it seemed like the right thing to do. lol

Thank you.
That's what I *thought*, that it would give an error code, but I couldn't find it when I was looking, and hated to tell someone something that wasn't right.

I asked Kim about the lowest resistance on a Provari. She said 1.2 ohm.

heh..... is there such a thing? I would be happy to have one! My triple mods (w/3X 3000 mah batteries) last me a few hours if it is the sole mod I use while at home.
