OK, I have a suggestion for you, Kanger makes an inexpensive Upgraded Replacement Dual BVC that comes in a whitish colored box, and for awhile now...I've noticed on the boxes of 1.5 and 1.8ohm coils I've been buying...that it's also available now in 0.8 and 1.0 ohms. A box of 5 of them can usually be found several places for about $6/box with a coupon or on sale.

Those Upgraded Coils in the 0.8 and 1.0 ohms can be used with the Kanger Evod Mega Kit...that comes with a 1900mAh battery and a matching tank that holds 2.5 mLs. Those whole kits...tank, plus battery, & charger...are only $10.97 now at Vapor Beast! I have 1 kit I've been using since last February, and I love it. Got 2 more spare batteries for it at Desert Vapes about 2 months ago, and paid $11.95 - 10% for each of them. Just bought 3 more whole kits from Vapor Beast day before yesterday. Maybe you ought to try 1 of those! Hard to beat the deal, as I paid $24.99 for my first kit when it was on sale.

Easy to answer that question. No regret at all. I'm retired now so we watch our money carefully. Stocking up now simply means I don't have to spend money in the future If this all turned out to be a bad dream, I'd still never spend more then $100 per year for the rest of my life (which I could easily afford) because I now have a complete stash I'm extremely happy with. New vaping toys in the future may be fun to have, but totally not needed for me.

When I started vaping we were waiting for the outcome of the first court case. While that first one ended with a win for vaping I've always known that the day would come when the FDA would deem our ecigs to be a tobacco product so I've been creating a stash for 6 years. In that 6 years I have collected stuff that I'd rather not use anymore even though its still usable and I'm sure some would consider that money wasted, but that's not how I look at it. I'd much rather have had it and not needed it, then to have needed it and not had it. Who knows, someone else may be very happy it's in my stash when they need it

I don't have personal experience with this device but the Kanger Dripbox is reduced to 14.99, black only at ecigcity.

i am thinking about when i am 85 years old,, and my eyes are near blind and my hands dont work and i can no longer sweet talk the cute young man down the way into recoil and wicking my mod.

so i would have to buy a lot of batteries.... not a fan of that unless i can buy several years worth pretty cheap.. and i dont think it sub Ω so,, how about any 18650 mod i already have and just suggest a tank with premade coils. i have 2 kanger topbox but have already ran into a few problems.. but am willing to forgive if my 2nd Nebox and 2nd topbox dont give me any more problems like the 1st ones have.

so for granny kross8,, what would you suggest? i figure i have a year to 'shop',, but i dont want to buy a bunch of stuff to sample.. i want to watch a bunch of videos and to get an idea. ---the problem is right now i have no idea what to search for.

Most youtubes have no closed captions for the vaping stuff and I am deaf so not picking up what is needed. I did try there at one point. I will try again I guess and see if any captions are on any of them.
Nice idea but often doesn't work well for the deaf getting instructions via youtube.

I am like you and I have seen many youtube vids with closed caption. Most captions are not great anyway but you can still make out 75% or so.
I still wish all videos were captioned properly.

Believe me some of those reviewers have potty mouths that you(and me) don't want to hear anyway. Every other word is a cuss word on some of them, makes them sound very uneducated.
