do you guys think there will be any black friday specials with stuff being sold dirt cheap. right now i just cant see mods being as cheap as they were under the eciggty sale. im thinking about buying some more $12 aromamizers

Its hard to say what Black Friday sales will be. Over the past 6 years Black Friday has had some of the best sales of the year, BUT I wouldn't call the prices dirt cheap. With the need for vendors that the FDA considers manufacturers needing to file paperwork for what they are "manufacturing" by 12/31/16 it is very possible we will see more vendors going out of business before the end of the year which would bring with it some dirt cheap going out of business sales.

The Aromamizer selling for $12 is the V1 which is the older version and the reason the vendor is getting rid of their stock since its not the one most people are wanting to purchase now. I wouldn't expect to see it go lower so if I wanted more of V1 I'd be buying them now before the stock sells out. The difference between V1 and V2 is the air control upgrade piece so even if you don't prefer the V1, its a good price for parts to use with the V2 Aromamizer. :)

i dont really care for the rubber ring but then again i dont care. i run mine with restricted airflow and it works great, no complaints at all. its a good performing unit. i think i will pick some more up. i might wait on more mods. i have 9 spare aromamizers plus the one im using now. i think i will buy another 5 and 4 drip tips. that's $75 and avoids shipping charges which is just a waste of money. heck for that $12 shipping, i can buy an additional unit. im trying to go as inexpensive as possible by focusing on one type of tank for my stockpile. i find they perform extremely well and i like doing a vertical build on the RBTA. probably the easiest tank to wick and not have leak doing a vertical build.

its really shameful that more businesses will be closing. what a waste. hopefully some of these lawsuits can reverse some of the damage. as far as being "manufactures" i thought this only applied if you were selling coils that your company was producing, or juice that you make in house as a company. stop selling those products, doesn't that mean you are no longer a "manufacture". of course, that will mean that the FDA is taking the highest profit product off the menu, juice. juice makes the most money and probably is the bread and butter of most retailers both online and brick and motar. really this is all a bunch of nonsense and the industry just needs really bad to sue the FDA as one giant group. im talking about a really big lawsuit not just $200K here or there. multi-million dollar suit.

I can relate. My dryer just laid down on the floor and died today. I planned to replace it next summer but not right before the property tax and Christmas seasons.

Can't like your post. :( Why do dryers ALWAYS die at a bad time? Every single time mine has died through the years it been at the worst possible time to be spending money on a new dryer.

To make it even funner I really can't just replace the dryer. The set is 17 years old and really looks dreadful.Dropping a brand new dryer down beside the old washer will make it look 10 times worse than it already does. At least I got my money's worth out of them.

i used to hate my w/d combo that came with our current condo home..........then i bought a top of the line dishwasher that has been nothing but trouble... as time has gone on i love old reliable....but now the washer part is acting up. we figure they are at least 20 years old. i think my husband is just gonna have to try to fix it cuz i dont want to buy a new dud. ---footnote,,if i do buy a new set up.. it will be plain and simple with as few bells and whistles as possible.

They don't make w/d like they used to. You may have to look high and low for a replacement that actually agitates the water.(If you like that type) Nowadays, the washers are all about the HE water savers and uses centrifugal force. You end up wondering if the clothes are really clean or not. And even tho the drums look like they hold a lot they really don't.
And the new dryers are not much better. Very hard to keep the lint thingy clean cause I don't know anyone with that skinny of hands to really get in to clean. Yeah they have tools but.......they don't work well.
Sorry for the long post, I just went through this not long ago and I am not a happy camper when it comes to this.

Yoy think dryers die at a bad time let me educate you about Air conditioners. Last year my AC DIED in two straight weeks of 115 degree Fahrenheit.

learn how to fix them. youtube is a great resource. i fixed my dryer not that long ago. thermal overload was tripping. bought a motor off ebay for $60 brand new motor. its been running strong as can be for several months now, no more problems. we bought these units 10+ years ago but unless something really expensive goes i will just keep them going. i prefer units that are slightly older anyways, no fears of board failures. i also replaced the pump on the washer and the cogs on the washer tub. cogs make the agitator spin in only one direction.

most of my stuff is insanely old by most people's standards and i just dont care. i have a "fleet" of 3 cars. i have (2) 1991 cavaliers, one of them is a convertible with the good ol' 3.1 engine, the other is a 2.2 car with only 47K miles on it. my 3rd car is a camaro Z28 LT1, clean car but a boatload of miles 225K..... still runs strong still has enormous amounts of off the line torque those cars are known for.

i mow my lawn with a 1948 farmall cub with a 60" mower, and a 1961 IH cub cadet both are collectors items. both are paid for in full.

my point is usually an appliance can be repaired. why buy new, think long and hard about fixing what you have. i bought both appliances new at the time. YES it was over 10 years ago, but my hard earned money still went into it.

i strongly reject the notion of throwing something away to keep up with the joneses. what did the joneses ever do for me. i drive a 25 year old car, if they dont like i know how to tell them where to go. they think fixing appliances is foolish, whatever it gets my clothes clean.

Oh, forgot...
Bought 5 ehpro kayfun lites, 3 ehpro kayfun lite+ v2, 4 tobecco kayfun lite+ (the decks look wonky on these ones), and 2 authentic kfmv3... not knowing what or how many I needed
I have 3 authentic KFL+'s, 5 Ehpro clone kits, 3 clone bases, 2 authentic parts kits, 5 clone part kits and a few extra replacement poly tanks and 5 bell caps. I am 47 and expect these will outlast me with maybea few hardware o-rings and screws.

You gots lots....

that's also why i find planned obsolescence very annoying. when i find i can no longer fix something simply because i can no longer source the parts, i get very irritated.
Or the parts can be found and cost more than a new unit. Just found this to be true on a stove and a washer.

How did the nic arrive to you? That is your best bet. I have gotten it usps before Aug 8th but since I haven't ordered any nic since then, I don't know if the rules have changed.

There is always the brown truck(ups) or Fedex. Brown truck is probably cheaper.
Good luck.

:)
I just got Nic after 8-8 and it arrived by UPS.

I am in the same boat with my stove. Needs hinges and they cost half of a replacement. Had the coil go on my dryer earlier this year.

It is just the modern way. Cheap junk that doesn't last.
