I always order like you do...actually on FT's website. All shipments I receive from them come with a different guy's name on the return address (Mr. Diao, Mr. Li, etc.)...but ALL from the same address in China:

#208 No. 5 Second Street Fuqian
Tianzhu Village Shunyi District
Beijing City China 101312
Phone: 13510606040
that means they are/could be using the same export shipper for faster processing.

I still have a hard time figuring out FT's ordering & shipping. It's like it's a crap shoot if the items really ARE in stock and will ship the next day...or not...even if it states they WILL!

Ordered 4 different items in different quantities, (total of 12 things), on Monday Oct. 3rd. That was after playing around and changing sizes, colors, etc. many times, until all items were definitely shown as being "In Stock" and would ship the next day.

Friday, Oct. 7th (4 business days later) - Got email stating that 2 of the items (total quantity of 4) shipped that morning.

Saturday, Oct. 8th (5 days since ordering) - Got email stating that my last 2 items will be shipped separately. One item (quantity of 2) will be shipped within 12 hours. Final item (quantity of 6) will be shipped within several days.

Monday, Oct. 10th (5th business day after ordering) - Get email stating that the item that was supposed to have been shipped within 12 hours on the 8th...was finally shipped.

Today, Oct. 12th (7th business day since ordering) - Get email at 11:34AM stating that the final item (quantity of 6) was shipped!

So, it took a total of 9 days for them to actually ship the items they stated were in stock when I ordered them, and would ship the next day! Geez!!

Yep, it can be frustrating but since I never ordered anything I was in a hurry for and it all shows up eventually it didn't often bother me since I knew ahead of time just because it said in stock doesn't mean it will be when they go to package my order. I would often split my order into more then one shipment when I ordered. One being: "should be shipping the next day" and a second order for stuff showing a longer shipping time. Several times the order with a longer shipping times got here first. Sometimes FT ended up splitting up an order if it sat for too long before they had everything to ship which was fine with me since I'd have even more vape mail packages to look forward to eventually. :D

The only time I wasn't happy was when I ordered in July a handful of things and only ordered shipping same or next day stuff when I REALLY wanted the order to clear customs before 8/8 and it didn't, but that ended up being ok too in the end. We each have to decide, but for me, the prices of what I've ordered were worth waiting for the stuff to get here.

The news coming out of yesterday's court session isn't leaving me feeling very positive. :( All I can say is I'm glad that I have stocked up and won't be effected by whatever happens. I so want to be wrong about all this and have those thinking we're crazy tell us how right they were. I'd love to hear all of them gloat :)

ditto. I likely have more than I need and am mostly done buying but still want to stock up on more premade and rba/qcs coils for my cubis tanks, some more coils for the nautilus x tanks I own, a few more mods to make sure I have more than I could ever need, and there are few more rta/rdta I want but really don't 'need' but all those purchases need to wait a couple months if possible until I get my cards a bit more paid off.

The waiting for my items to arrive...isn't the problem with my FT order. It's their purposely misleading buyers as to what's in stock, and when it will be shipped, that's the problem!

It's my changing my ordered items' colors, types, graphics, etc. purposely so that my order would include only ALL in stock items, that would ship the next day, according to my Shopping Cart, Checkout Summary, etc. Then, as I get their emails...find that I could have ordered the colors, types, graphics, etc. that I originally wanted (but weren't "in stock" for a few days)...and they would have shipped during the same timeframe anyway!

It's like Judge Judy likes to say, "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining!" I just wish FT would show accurate and truthful info. on their website...when communicating about "In Stock" items, shipping dates, etc. Don't tell me something is In Stock and will ship next day...when it obviously isn't and it won't!

Rant over....

@Fozzy71 - You may want to check the DIY Swaps thread. Someone has several bottles of RF they're looking to trade!
thanks i saw, i dont really have any flavors to trade, just sweetener. I have enough flavors to keep me busy for a long time. There are lots more I want, and rf even sent me a $10 coupon but I need to use up some flavors before I get more as once I get the ones you are sending I won't have room for more in my flavor stand unless I get a bigger stand.

Don't worry about that @Two_Bears, I'll be awash in kfl parts. I have some coming from FT, and will be ordering a few more parts later. :)
Thought you would.

Glad i could introduce that little beastie to you. It just took you a few months to a year to try it.

You probably had the same opinion i did.

"A complete Kayfun Atty for $5.43! It can't possibly be any good!"

I only got it after i almost destroyed my Silverplay on the bus. 14-15 months later it is all i use and the original pieces still going strong.

If you knew what was going on; you would thank your lucky stars that FT IS the way it is.

Several times they have inspectef my items before shipping, and they FAILED inspection. Such as torn O ring, broken glass, ect. If they have another shippment coming in 24-48 hours they delay shippment. More than a day or two delay they give me an option to cancel tge item or wait for a week or two for them to come back in stock.

They have protected me like that many times instead of spending me an Atty they knew would fail.

In all of my FT purchased i have had two 1/2 problems.

1 baytery pack that was $5 and didn't work.
2. A broken bell cap that was crushed in the mail.
1/2 a kayfun base with a weak O ring that leaked I had spares and works perfectly now

I'm not going to start a federal case over $6.73 wben FT has saved me several hundred $.

I'm using a little Kayfun Atty that cost me $5.43 and still using the original bell cap.

Excuse me? If I knew what was going on? o_O

I know they stated all the items were in stock. I know they stated they'd ship the next day. I know I've been given no reasons for the delays. I know I've not been contacted about any defective item that they wanted to wait on a replacement for, etc.

Thank my lucky stars FT IS the way it is? :?:
Not likely!

If they've held up shipment of items to you because of defects in items, and you've been notified of that...then that's a great business practice. If they've replaced items some people have received damaged (several on here)...that's another positive thing they've done. But that's not the case here.

It doesn't matter to me if it's a US company or FT; if items ordered are expensive or dirt cheap. If a company says items are in stock and will ship the following day...it's not wrong for their customers to expect that. Nothing above and beyond that, just that.

I'd like to get another Provari or two- thinking Classic this time around. And perhaps another Reo, though I will be checking out the Coppervape- I'd not heard of that one before.

After my "summer of shopping", I'm relieved not to be scouring the 'net for steals and deals. I feel pretty good about my stock, just want to supplement it a little. From what I read, it sounds like the Judge is not sympathetic to vaping whatsoever. Not sure she even gets it really. So yeah, really glad to have stocking up behind me.

Stocking up sure has given me peace of mind, especially seeing the direction the lawsuit may be going. What little may be available for future vapers is truly disappointing. We have been fortunate to be able to try a wide variety of flavors and styles to help keep off smokes in a way that will likely never recur.

Several times FT has contacted me that an item i ordered failed inspection and reported tge shippment would be delayed until resupply.

They did that on my order of Silverplay Nano, SXK Nebula Wine, recently my Orchid V3 i bought for when i can't trap the leads of a Kayfun.

All i can tell you about FT is from my experience which has been good.

Been ordering from FT for over three years. Have also dealt with quite a few other Chinese companies directly for many more years than that, sourcing bulk tea. The Chinese business practices, ethics, and standards are quite different than US business standards. FT is actually better than most Chinese direct merchants. It is just a different standard over there. Couple those differences in standards with differences in culture, and communication difficulties.

I have literally placed hundreds of orders with FT, and the percentage of problems has been few. I do take their stock availability and shipping estimates with a grain of salt, it just saves me aggravation. I certainly agree it could/should be more accurate, at least by our standards, but I have learned to accept that they do not always meet our standards here.

From my point of view, I accept the shipping delays in exchange for the money savings I get there. I could always go somewhere else with better ship times, but overall I would pay more.
