Reminds me of my ProVari 2.5 binge a year ago.

I recommend pausing at the dozen mark to think about whether it makes sense.

Definitely pause at the two dozen mark to consider slowing down...:D
Haha,i haven't gotten that bad with multiples of mods just yet,but i did go through that same scenario on rta's.I really like the Griffin,so decided that would be my one to stockpile. When i got to a dozen of them,i said "ok,this is enough",then decided a few more would make more sense,so now i have 16 haha. What really makes it bad though,is after stockpiling those 16,i have almost completely converted to sqounking, but at least i know my Griffins are there in case of an emergency haha.

When a device you truly enjoy is under $30, compared to smoking, having a bunch is cheap insurance. I probably can vape happily for the rest of my life with my Gunmetal Zenkote ProVaris, but the rest of the herd is nice to have!
I agree,i have a good selection of mods, usually at least 2 of what i like, with a ton of mechs thrown in too, since i know they can stand the test of time. Before it's all done though,i'd like to have at least 4 of the main mods i use,or at least enough replacement boards to keep them going a while,it just gets boring buying the same thing all the time,so i switch it up a lot haha.

Well now you tell me. Where was the great piece of information last month.

I will be done stocking up when I can't move in the room of there is no longer anyway to buy it.

Most of the mods and tanks I relate the cost to a pack of smokes. Every mod and tank cost less than 3 packs except a few provaris.

Unless things with the regulations change, I'm going to wait until my birthday in July before I make anymore vape purchases (excluding any DIY or coiling supplies needed before then). With my current savings deposits, that will give me $350, plus the $100 my grandmother always gives me, and my PayPal credit available balance will be full. So for my birthday, I will try to make almost $800 in vape purchases at once, lol.

I think that will give me almost everything I need.

spend it wisely,, your $800 is about what i spent on a lifetime supply of hardware and nic for 2 people. its not how much you spend,, but that you are satisfied and not smoking :)

I just noticed that my little quit smoking money saved banner thingy just passed $5000 saved since I quit smoking.

I am trying to add everything up to see if I actually "saved money".
Don't do it!!!!you don't really want to know!!!

We were able to kill a 95% tax a couple of years ago but this time they split it up into 2 bills thinking they'd have better luck.

We're doing what we can but it's still a major fight.

IMO every Vaper, Vape business needs to put a full court press on the Democratic Party for they're the only ones out there set on destroying Vaping. We need to let them know that this is a single issue voting position.

Anyway not a day goes by that I'm not thankful that I had the insight to establish and maintain a stockpile. Most of that is due to ECF.

I am going to write my Dems in my state and tell them what is wrong with you and this vape tax! What we need in my state is legalized w33d to make up for budget deficit, then maybe they will leave tobacco and tobacco products alone!

Sounds good to me.

I have nothing to do then.

I'm in a Republican state that actually isn't choking vaping.

And after this election everything at the federal level has a Republican majority.

According to your assertion it's literally impossible for a bill to be passed that will affect my vaping in any negative manner.

:smokie:

Tapatyped
I doubt we'll see anything kill the FDA vape rules even under Republicans, too much other stuff going on for anything like that to happen LOL

I had no Provaris as of May 2016. By the end of November...I'd bought an even dozen of them from ProVape (10 of the 2.5 + 2 Classics). Even counting added extension caps, some extra springs, some No-Ox, a towel or 2, and some wraps...I still spent less (including S/H for them), than buying 10 cartons of smokes, with nothing to show for the $$ except a pile of butts and a bunch of ashes! So I was a very happy camper stopping at a dozen!

Saving some money is a nice side benefit of switching to vaping. But the main benefit IMO, is probably going to be in improved health for the rest of your lifetimes, which will most likely be extended, too, for you and the wife! :)
