Were you planning on vaping at 200W? If you were, I'd suggest a 3 battery mod over a 2 battery if only for the run time. There is nothing wrong with the batteries you purchased, and you're fine using them at 120W and even higher. And while the mod can fire at 220W for a very short time with the right build, I would never push it that far.

I regularly vape around 160w but yes i've upped that to 190w on ocassion, that's using a RX2/3 with 3 batteries. My average puff time is around 1.5 seconds and at most 2.5 seconds

You can pick up some true 30A batteries such as the LG HB2 HB4, HB6, but realize the capacity drops to 1500 mAh to get there. Here's a graphic of Mooch's recommended batteries for reference.

It's always a trade off when it comes to this, and why a 3 battery solution is better at those high wattage settings.

I have two sets of 4 batteries in rotation currently. 4 Samsung INR18650 25R and 4 Brillipower IMR18650 2600MAH and i've been tootle puffing with those between 160w and 180w's for a couple of weeks with no issues. The LG HG2's look to have a similar performance so i'll keep it under 180w and if i fancy going higher i'll get some HB's

I can't spot a difference between the two

One is dated 9/17/16, and the other is 3/25/17. That's different. The batteries otherwise seem to match, but it's always better to go by the newer one. There might be some test difference on a battery, but I'm not spotting it.

USA - Arkansas
I've been out of the loop for a while, the changes here in the UK forcing me back in to the loop. I had no idea things were that bad in the states. Are the restrictions in Arkansas an isolated case or is it a widespread problem?

For now, isolated. Arkansas says vaping juice and hardware are tobacco products, so fall under the same state taxes and regulations as any other tobacco product - same as cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, etc... any tobacco that is not called a "cigarette" actual cigarettes have even more taxes.

Because of the tobacco tax, many companies will not ship here anymore. It's too much hassle for them to mess with having to charge and, file Arkansas tobacco taxes when they aren't Arkansas based companies. Two e-cig/juice companies are Arkansas based, so they will ship to me however, it's cheaper for me to drive 35 one way (about 70 km) miles, to the Texas brick and mortar shop of one of those companies than to pay Arkansas taxes.

I suspect it will be all states before long, assuming FDA regulations don't kill the industry. Taxed is better than gone but, still, it's a headache since my state is, at this point alone in calling vaping smoking.

I've had a good read up on the state of vaping in the US. I didn't realise you guys had it so bad over there. It's not reported here at all in the UK. I've been sat open mouthed and shaking my head at the craziness of it all this afternoon. You have my sympathies.
